7/3/2024 – Stephen is super! He was kind and patient and went above and beyond what was called for to fix my garage door. He even told me about things to do to the door to help keep it working properly . He also stayed to help me install a Wi-Fi enabled garage door opener. In general, made my day. He was the best, all around five stars. He is also handsome ! 🥰
5/29/2024 – Michael was available before the appointment time and came right out. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the wall-mounted garage opener (bad circuit board) and thoroughly inspected the rest of the system (belt/door/tracks/motor housing/wiring, etc.). He replaced the wall mounted opener with an upgraded model with increased functionality. He also provided instructions on properly lubricating the door tracks and recommended the best silicone spray for the job. Lastly, labor and part costs were very reasonable. I highly recommend Michael (very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient) and Precision Garage Door.

He was very knowledgeable about your products and provided several options for me to choose from when selecting a new door. He was not a a pushy, hard sales pitch and made me feel very confident in my selections.He showed himself to be a great ambassador for your brand! Thank you! Can’t wait to get my new door installed!

3/7/2024 – Just had Precision Overhead Garage Door Service out to help us out with a busted garage door. Stephen Michael was fantastic. He was able to get our springs and rollers replaced and fix the shotty repair job done by the previous owners. Precision was able to come out the same day I called and completed the repair. I would absolutely recommend their service and want to thank Stephen for his excellent work and his commitment to excellence.
2/14/2024 – S. Michael was awesome!! Very accommodating and polite & certainly Knowledgeable of his job! He installed our new unit in a very reasonable time as well. IN my opinion he is a great ambassador for Precision Garage Door! He made a stressful event rather pleasant!!
2/11/2024 – I was extremely impressed with the work Stephen did to fix our garage door. He came out an hour after getting the call on a Friday afternoon and thoroughly explained the issue and got the job done in a kind, professional manner. Went above and beyond to replace our garage door lights as well. Would definitely recommend.
