I contacted Precision Garage Door yesterday at 7:30 and scheduled an appointment for replacement of my garage door. It was in sad shape from the night before. By 9:30 I received a call from a tech, Phil Belfrage, letting me know he was own his way. Phil was able to set my mind at ease. My door needed replacing and he explained everything in detail what he could offer. By 12:30 Phil was back with the new garage door and opener to be installed. I could not have asked for a better experience with Precision Garage Door tech Phil Belfrage. I am very pleased with the service and the new door. Thank you.

This morning our car was stuck in our garage by the door failing due to a broken spring. I was able to make an appt online this morning for an arrival between 8-10 am, and our technician Phil Belfrage arrived a few minutes after 9. He explained what needed to be done for the repair, and all the parts that he needed he had on his truck. The work was completed quickly and cleanly - absolutely no problems, and I'd recommend them to neighbors immediately. Thanks!

Full install was done a few years ago and no issues. Had a battery die and they instantly knew what to do but also did a full check to make sure what else is needed and they were right. My go to for garage issues.

The technician , Joshua Surfus, did an excellent job. He came out to check the remote openers and ended up replacing the two old units with new Liftmasters. It took him about 3 hours to complete the removal of the old units and installation of the new ones. He was polite , curtious, and very knowledgeable. We would recommend Joshua and Precision for all garage door work.

our garage door had a failed roller and couldn't be raised or lowered. Isiah was at our house within a couple of hours (well within the promised window) and took care of the issue. Communication was excellent across the board. I would not use anyone else.

Isaiah came to the rescue when my garage door would not close. One of the springs broke and the safety wouldn't let the door to close. New springs, cables and rollers installed. Now the door is quieter than ever ! Isaiah explained everything in detail. Will use Precision again when needed!

Great experience with Billy and Mickey. Billy was able to come out quickly to give a quote, and he was very upfront about the cost and what kind of service we would receive. All around great experience with Precision Garage Door. Shane came out to do our initial evaluation and was very thorough in explaining our problem and discussing options. We decided to go with new doors and a whole new system. Landon Kellogg did our installation, which looks great and includes new weather stripping as opposed to gaps all around the old doors. The entire work area was spotless when he was done. Throughout both appointments, the communication regarding scheduling and arrival was consistent and timely.

I have used Precision Garage Door in the past and I am glad they still provide excellent service and installation services. My technician was Caleb Skaggs. He gave me options to fix my old garage door opener and the option to install a new unit. Caleb did a great job and left my garage free of old opener parts, and took away the old unit and all packaging from the new unit. Very impressed.

Shane did an excellent job of installing the new machine, setting up the MyQ App, programming new visor clip remote openers, programmed both cars and reset the outdoor keypad opener. Needed to get one of my garage doors fixed. I made a call in the morning and they were at my home in a couple of hours!They said they could fix it and the cost was reasonable. But after discussing I came to the conclusion a new door was a better option.They came out (right on time) not more than a couple of days later and installed. This is the second time I've used Precision Garage Door of Austin, and if I have garage door issues again I will undoubtedly call them. Scheduling the repair was incredibly easy. I had a time of 12pm-2pm scheduled, but Phil called an hour earlier than expected which fit in my timeline. He came to the house early, was very friendly, explained my options well, and then installed the new opener in under an hour. Anyone who says they are price gouging doesn't understand the value of their expertise, efficiency, and products. The best thing about this company are their technicians, and they are well worth your money.
