1/25/2024 – Amazing service! My spring broke last week and I couldn’t get into my garage. Appointment set for 8:00 am – 10:00 am arrival, and Jeremy showed up at 8:15, and he fixed the issue in less than an hour. In a time where good service is sometimes hard to find, Precision Garage Door did exactly what they promised in less time than expected. They will be my ONLY call for future garage door needs.

7/24/2023 – Jeremy did an excellent job replacing our garage door opener. He was even early, so he called and I was happy he could get here earlier. Same day I called about repair!!! I’m very happy with the service and product!

4/13/2023 – Jeremy came prepared with everything needed to repair my garage door. Completed very quickly and my door is back to 100%. Same day service in my case.

2/17/2023 – Jeremy was great to work with. I told him our biggest concerns with our garage door, and he gave us options on how we could improve it. He gave us a cost estimate upfront before work began. He said it would take about an hour and it did. And the work he did was fantastic! We now have a quiet and secure garage door, just what we were looking for!

6/16/22 – Precision garage door provided fast, excellent service by Jeremy. He is a very knowledgeable technician and explained in detail what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He also took the time to show me the defective parts which made me very confident in his work, and with the 10 year warranty I knew that I made the right choice calling Precision. I also told several of my friends and family which wrote down Precision name and number for when they need to have any work on their garage doors. One of my friends immediately checked their garage door just in case if they needed to call Precision today.

10/11/21 – So our garage door main mechanism literally died. I called Precision Garage door and they sent out Jeremy and his assistant. Jeremy surveyed the problem and explained too us what the problem was. They replaced the old mechanism and parts and now our garage doo is much more quieter and smoother. Just the fact they were able to get here today was awesome as we could not open our garage door. Heads up to Precision Garage for doing a excellent job. I’d definitely would recommend and use them agai.

10/10/21 – The garage door got stuck and could not be operated or disengaged from the opener manually. Precision was able to schedule me the same day as opposed to other companies that could not send a tech for several days. Jeremy Maleck came and turned out that the springs were broken. Within a couple of hours he obtained the right springs, replaced them and had the garage door operating smoothly. I was happy with the promptness and professionalism of the service.

6/18/21 – Quick appointment. Prompt (early ) appointment. Jeremy was very courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem with no problems. Will definitely call them the next time I need garage door serviced.

4/27/21 – Jeremy and everyone at Precision Garage Door did a excellent job!!! I called them about 1pm that my garage was in of repair and they scheduled me an appointment 3-5pm that same day! Jeremy called them pulled in my driveway at 3pm. He explained my options and got right to work! An hour later my garage door was back up and running better than when I bought my house!

Wow he was prompt, very professional, and immediately fixed us up! Great customer service, in and out fast, great pricing considering we live pretty far in Granite Shoals! Thanks Precision, we are customers for life, even used them when we lived in Pflugerville, great techs!
