3/5/20 – I would recommend Precision to any friend who is having issues with a garage door or opener. We called them nine or ten years ago for garage door repairs, and I remember them being pleasant, honest, hardworking, and reasonably priced. When our door started giving us trouble, I knew I’d call Precision again. Precision sent over a technician the same day I called. Nick was on time, friendly, and explained exactly what was doing on with our garage door, and what options I had to remedy the problem. We decided to replace our nearly 40-year old door, and Nick found us a door in stock to replace the old one, which was a non-standard 17-foot length. Later in the week, Landon came out to install the new door. Landon is friendly, very knowledgeable, and hardworking. It took just two hours for Landon to take down the old door, install the new one, and have the door working smoothly and quietly. Landon described everything he did, answered all my questions, and gave me tips to care for the new door. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Precision
