Called Precision after the initial company I called (who did our garage doors 22 years ago) failed to show up after 4 hours after the planned time (and no calls that they were running late). Brian came out within 2 hours of calling to assess our needs and gave us a quote. Schedule installation for next morning. Phil came over (solo, kudos for that) early next morning and completed instalation of new dors (2 car garage, 2 doors, new tracks and openers). They've were outstanding.

The Precision Garage Door Technician ****** ****** was very professional and knowledgeable about repairing and adjusting garage doors. He was friendly, polite, caring and respectful. Most of all, he was able to get my garage door working properly again! My appointment window was between 10am - 12pm, he called around 8:20am to see if he could come over now. I was very pleased that he was arriving early. I highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door of Austin for any and all of your garage door needs, from repairs and adjustments to installation of a completely new garage door system. I will be a returning customerif or when necessary.

Landon K seamlessly performed garage door removal and installation in a timely, professional and safe manner. He went over maintenance, operations, alignment and corrected small imperfections on the door. I could not be more satisfied with the Precision Door team. All work was done exceptionally quick, professionally amd without issue. They did ask multiple times if there was any outstanding items that needed correction. Highly reccomend this team.

Caleb Skaggs, with Precision Garage Door, came out and got my garage door opener, replaced. I have two openers and he put the new opener on the main side. He was knowledgeable and experienced. He did a good job, moving the older opener and installing the new opener. He also got MyQ up and running.

After seeing commercials on TV I noticed my spring looked bowed like it might break. I called and even though it was not a emergency they said they could schedule service today. Shane from Precision came and we discussed what service options I had. I could just fix the main problem or I could also do some preventive service so other parts would not need replacing in the next 3 or more years. There was no pressure to buy any thing. My door was working fine. Like I said at the beginning of this review, after seeing the commercials and using them, I trust this company and would recommend them to any one who needs garage door service.

If you want it done right, you have to call Precision. Patrick Day tuned up an existing door done by another company, and even followed up to let me know the new ball-bearing rollers he installed were a little bit cheaper than expected and that I'd be getting a refund. All that on top of showing up 2 hours after I initially called. Customer for life.

We had a great experience with Precision today. Our technician was Patrick Day. He arrived for our appointment right on time and inspected our garage door setup, which was builder grade and not the best. It was coming out of balance, used a lot of plastic components, and needed to be replaced. He updated our system very quickly and even helped resolve some of the gaps at the top and bottom of the door. Good guy and good company!

They were able to send out a technician to our ********** home quickly the same afternoon that I called. ******* accessed the situation with our broken spring and gave me several options. After replacing the springs and other parts that I requested, he lubricated everything and reset the travel limits on our garage door opener. He happily answered all of my questions. I could not have asked for a better experience with this repair. In addition, the repair came with a great warranty.

We have used Precision Garage Door for many years. We purchased garage doors and openers (3) at our previous address and have used them at our existing address to install a new garage door opener system. Garage door opener quit working. I was manually opening and closing the door. Stephen Michael showed and quickly accessed the problems and fixed them. He explained other issues with the door considering how old it was. Explained everything clearly and succinctly. He called and let me know when he would arrive since it was much sooner than expected. Great service!
