Bryan did a timely and great job. Our garage door would not open and our car was locked in our garage. He came same day and fixed both garage doors with a ten year warranty.

This was a door replacement. Because we were away for a significant time this year, scheduling was a bit challenging, but Precision was flexible and helped us to make this work. Prospero was very helpful in explaining everything including certain choices regarding the work. When a question arose, he found me and we talked it through. He worked quickly, and he was thorough in going over everything that I should know about maintenance. He is also very pleasant. It was an excellent experience.

Highly recommend! From the minute they answered the phone, they were friendly, patient, allowed me to express concerns and answered all my questions. Mickey, our Technician was out within an hour. He called to notify me of his estimate time of arrival and arrived on time. Mickey took his time to explain the issue and explain all the options for repair. What i liked best, was his patience with my questions about mechanisms and option warranties. Mickie was always professional, thorough and friendly through the entire repair, that happened same day too! Precision will absolutely be our go to and recommendation for garage door repairs.

This was the first time I have needed to call a garage door company to service my garage door. I ended up buying a new system instead of just repairing mine. I did so mainly because it was badly needed due to age of door but also felt comfortable with the company and ****** who was my service advisor. He heard my concerns about price and was able to provide me a fair price and a new quality setup. ****** was amazing at installing my new door and was patient in answering my questions. An ill placed rake caused our very old garage door to come off the rails and we couldn't get the door shut. we put an emergency call into Precision and requested someone come out to help manually shut the door as well as determine the damage. Patrick Day was the technician who arrived for the emergency visit and before I knew it, he had been able to shut the garage door. he then went on to tell us our options for resolving the door problem. Since the current garage door was in pretty bad shape, we decided to purchase a new one. Prospero Hernandez came by a couple of days later and had the new door up in a matter of 2 - 3 hours. he did a fantastic job! I recommend Precision for any garage door need you may have!

Once again, a super nice person came from Precision Garage Door and fixed the problem. Can't ask for more than that. Phil called to say he would be here in about 30 minutes. I'm always glad for a heads up. He was friendly and listened to my explanation of what the two problems were. He gave me an estimate and was done in 30 minutes. He explained what the display was showing (that the backup battery was charging) so that I would not think there was a problem. I was very pleased with the way the appointment went and will use Precision Garage Door again.

Precision garage door company is the best ! They were above expectations the whole time. First they come to your house and talk to you to define your project and quote. Unlike other companies which do it on the phone They also dis a temporary repair of our old garage door to make it work , allowing time to receive the new door and install it. Shane Murphy arrived on the scheduled morning to replace my old garage door. He was professional and very efficient in his demeanor and work ethic. When finished, he clearly explained the new door maintenance and the long term maintenance. He showed me all the working parts and the explained the warranty.
