Daniel Ritchie did a great job of replacing and installing a new garage door opener. He explained in detail what was needed to be done and explained how to use the new opener. He did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the repair was not successful.

We had a new garage door installed this morning by Landon. It only took him two and half hours to remove the old door and load it into his truck and then get the new one installed. The new garage door looks great and was about half the price of the other companies' estimates. Extremely happy with his work!

Excellent work. We have replaced two doors with them and it has been easy. Prospero was our technician both times and he did great work and helped us program and set up the openers for both doors. Happy we chose them and definitely would use them again in the future.

Daniel provided excellent service while repairing and replacing a major portion of our golf cart garage door! Evidently the original door hardware was "jury rigged", so it wasn't a straight forward process. Nevertheless, with his skill, the end result is perfect for our needs!! Daniel was very personable, and we are happy to know that he will be available should other issues arise.

My experience with Precision Garage Door of Austin was nothing less than excellent all around. ***** came out to inspect the damage and provide me with options, then scheduled a next-day install. ****** was personable, efficient, and highly observant -- he let me know he noticed a natural gas smell, so I called the gas company and they eventually found the leak a few houses away. I not only have a beautiful, quiet, functioning garage door, but my community is safer now, too! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door - they really are the best.

Precision Garage Door of Austin installed 2 new garage doors, and 2 new door openers. Their communication was excellent even sending a photo of the technician we should be expecting. Phil, our technician, gave us a head up notice when he was coming, came on time, and did an outstanding job on installation. He explained all details, was knowledgeable, and open to any questions we had. The expert advice he gave us was helpful and great to receive. Overall: 5 stars for the work done on our garage. We couldn't be happier with the look and workmanship.

Wow! Scheduled an appointment online to fix garage door due to trouble opening. Josh came out so fast. Found what was wrong, but I decided to have him install new one since mine was old. No pressure. He was extremely knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. Set up garage door openers, car and outside key pad. Extremely polite. Have him back in a heart beat.

We had a great experience with Jeremy. He showed up on time, was super polite, and clearly knew his stuff. Good news, I contacted Precision Garage Door of Austin after reading their reviews online. They sent their technician, Stephen Michael, out to assess our problem that same day. He reviewed what parts had failed and how the system worked. He made suggestions as to what would have to be fixed to get it working again, and he gave us two additional options that would replace some additional older parts of the system. (Our system was more than 10 years old, likely more like 20.) We signed our contract on Friday, and they completed the work on Monday. We chose the second option with a 3-year warranty, and are happy with our decision.

My garage door was malfunctioning by seemingly opening and closing by itself. Mr. Malek diagnosed the problem and was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous as he fixed it. I have used Precision Doors a couple of times before, and I like their very good business practices.
