Isaiah White, the repairman, was on time, friendly, and professional. He quickly accessed the problems, a broken spring and cables, then replaced them and checked to see that everything was safely working. Thank you Precision Door.

Phil was excellent. Once we got the jammed garage door open, he quickly diagnosed the problem, fetched a replacement part from his truck, and repaired the mechanism very quickly. We had a spring replaced on our garage door. The technician, Phil Belfrage, gave the total cost for labor and materials prior to starting the job. He called prior to arriving at our home. He thoroughly explained what was needed. The job was professionally done. I recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone requiring work to be performed on your garage door.

Once again, a super nice person came from Precision Garage Door and fixed the problem. Can't ask for more than that. Phil called to say he would be here in about 30 minutes. I'm always glad for a heads up. He was friendly and listened to my explanation of what the two problems were. He gave me an estimate and was done in 30 minutes. He explained what the display was showing (that the backup battery was charging) so that I would not think there was a problem. I was very pleased with the way the appointment went and will use Precision Garage Door again.

Precision garage door company is the best ! They were above expectations the whole time. First they come to your house and talk to you to define your project and quote. Unlike other companies which do it on the phone They also dis a temporary repair of our old garage door to make it work , allowing time to receive the new door and install it. Install was awesome I strongly recommend this company !

Shane Murphy arrived on the scheduled morning to replace my old garage door. He was professional and very efficient in his demeanor and work ethic. When finished, he clearly explained the new door maintenance and the long term maintenance. He showed me all the working parts and the explained the warranty. We completed the paperwork and he made some closure adjustment. All trash was secured and the area was spotless! My experience was of the best quality.

Called Precision after the initial company I called (who did our garage doors 22 years ago) failed to show up after 4 hours after the planned time (and no calls that they were running late). Brian came out within 2 hours of calling to assess our needs and gave us a quote. Schedule installation for next morning. Phil came over (solo, kudos for that) early next morning and completed instalation of new dors (2 car garage, 2 doors, new tracks and openers). They've were outstanding.

Landon K seamlessly performed garage door removal and installation in a timely, professional and safe manner. He went over maintenance, operations, alignment and corrected small imperfections on the door. I could not be more satisfied with the Precision Door team. All work was done exceptionally quick, professionally amd without issue. They did ask multiple times if there was any outstanding items that needed correction. Highly reccomend this team.

Caleb Skaggs, with Precision Garage Door, came out and got my garage door opener, replaced. I have two openers and he put the new opener on the main side. He was knowledgeable and experienced. He did a good job, moving the older opener and installing the new opener. He also got MyQ up and running.
