After seeing commercials on TV I noticed my spring looked bowed like it might break. I called and even though it was not a emergency they said they could schedule service today. Shane from Precision came and we discussed what service options I had. I could just fix the main problem or I could also do some preventive service so other parts would not need replacing in the next 3 or more years. There was no pressure to buy any thing. My door was working fine. Like I said at the beginning of this review, after seeing the commercials and using them, I trust this company and would recommend them to any one who needs garage door service.

If you want it done right, you have to call Precision. Patrick Day tuned up an existing door done by another company, and even followed up to let me know the new ball-bearing rollers he installed were a little bit cheaper than expected and that I'd be getting a refund. All that on top of showing up 2 hours after I initially called. Customer for life.

We had a great experience with Precision today. Our technician was Patrick Day. He arrived for our appointment right on time and inspected our garage door setup, which was builder grade and not the best. It was coming out of balance, used a lot of plastic components, and needed to be replaced. He updated our system very quickly and even helped resolve some of the gaps at the top and bottom of the door. Good guy and good company!

They were able to send out a technician to our ********** home quickly the same afternoon that I called. ******* accessed the situation with our broken spring and gave me several options. After replacing the springs and other parts that I requested, he lubricated everything and reset the travel limits on our garage door opener. He happily answered all of my questions. I could not have asked for a better experience with this repair. In addition, the repair came with a great warranty.

We have used Precision Garage Door for many years. We purchased garage doors and openers (3) at our previous address and have used them at our existing address to install a new garage door opener system. Brian R. has been our technician for both homes and he does an amazing job. He always communicates when he is on his way and is efficient and timely with his installations and/or repairs. Garage door opener quit working. I was manually opening and closing the door. Stephen Michael showed and quickly accessed the problems and fixed them. He explained other issues with the door considering how old it was. Explained everything clearly and succinctly. He called and let me know when he would arrive since it was much sooner than expected. Great service!

I contacted Precision Garage Door yesterday at 7:30 and scheduled an appointment for replacement of my garage door. It was in sad shape from the night before. By 9:30 I received a call from a tech, Phil Belfrage, letting me know he was own his way. Phil was able to set my mind at ease. My door needed replacing and he explained everything in detail what he could offer. By 12:30 Phil was back with the new garage door and opener to be installed. I could not have asked for a better experience with Precision Garage Door tech Phil Belfrage. I am very pleased with the service and the new door. Thank you.

This morning our car was stuck in our garage by the door failing due to a broken spring. I was able to make an appt online this morning for an arrival between 8-10 am, and our technician Phil Belfrage arrived a few minutes after 9. He explained what needed to be done for the repair, and all the parts that he needed he had on his truck. The work was completed quickly and cleanly - absolutely no problems, and I'd recommend them to neighbors immediately. Thanks!

Full install was done a few years ago and no issues. Had a battery die and they instantly knew what to do but also did a full check to make sure what else is needed and they were right. My go to for garage issues.

The technician , Joshua Surfus, did an excellent job. He came out to check the remote openers and ended up replacing the two old units with new Liftmasters. It took him about 3 hours to complete the removal of the old units and installation of the new ones. He was polite , curtious, and very knowledgeable. We would recommend Joshua and Precision for all garage door work.

our garage door had a failed roller and couldn't be raised or lowered. Isiah was at our house within a couple of hours (well within the promised window) and took care of the issue. Communication was excellent across the board. I would not use anyone else.

Isaiah came to the rescue when my garage door would not close. One of the springs broke and the safety wouldn't let the door to close. New springs, cables and rollers installed. Now the door is quieter than ever ! Isaiah explained everything in detail. Will use Precision again when needed!
