Great experience with Billy and Mickey. Billy was able to come out quickly to give a quote, and he was very upfront about the cost and what kind of service we would receive. I've used Precision Garage Door twice now. Once to install a new opener and fix a bad rail installation from the previous home owner. All around great experience with Precision Garage Door. Shane came out to do our initial evaluation and was very thorough in explaining our problem and discussing options. We decided to go with new doors and a whole new system. Landon Kellogg did our installation, which looks great and includes new weather stripping as opposed to gaps all around the old doors. The entire work area was spotless when he was done. Throughout both appointments, the communication regarding scheduling and arrival was consistent and timely.

I have used Precision Garage Door in the past and I am glad they still provide excellent service and installation services. My technician was Caleb Skaggs. He gave me options to fix my old garage door opener and the option to install a new unit. Caleb did a great job and left my garage free of old opener parts, and took away the old unit and all packaging from the new unit. Very impressed.

Shane showed up in the time slot scheduled and he was awesome. Shane was very delightful, easy talk to and he most definitely knows his stuff! Shane easily identified the issues. He ordered new custom compression springs which came in in no time and fit perfectly along with a new spring weight bearing pole. After 8 years of use it was time to replace the LiftMaster wall mount opener. Shane did an excellent job of installing the new machine, setting up the MyQ App, programming new visor clip remote openers, programmed both cars and reset the outdoor keypad opener. I've worked with Shane before over the years and there's no one better, period, end of paragraph!

Needed to get one of my garage doors fixed. I made a call in the morning and they were at my home in a couple of hours!They said they could fix it and the cost was reasonable. But after discussing I came to the conclusion a new door was a better option.They came out (right on time) not more than a couple of days later and installed. This is the second time I've used Precision Garage Door of Austin, and if I have garage door issues again I will undoubtedly call them. Scheduling the repair was incredibly easy. I had a time of 12pm-2pm scheduled, but Phil called an hour earlier than expected which fit in my timeline. He came to the house early, was very friendly, explained my options well, and then installed the new opener in under an hour. Anyone who says they are price gouging doesn't understand the value of their expertise, efficiency, and products. The best thing about this company are their technicians, and they are well worth your money.

Brian did our repairs today and the original coil springs install plus opener five years ago. He is excellent. Super nice guy, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced the cables and adjusted the doors, tightened the springs. The upgraded springs that he recommended are holding up great and I couldn't be any more pleased. Worth every penny. Thank you!
