Michael was available before the appointment time and came right out. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the wall-mounted garage opener (bad circuit board) and thoroughly inspected the rest of the system (belt/door/tracks/motor housing/wiring, etc.). He replaced the wall mounted opener with an upgraded model with increased functionality. He also provided instructions on properly lubricating the door tracks and recommended the best silicone spray for the job. Lastly, labor and part costs were very reasonable. I highly recommend Michael (very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient) and Precision Garage Door.

Billy Tackett was an excellent sales representative with Precision Door. He answered all my questions, provided pics of all the different styles and colors, and explained all the differences in quality and benefits of each kind door. He made it very easy for me to decide what I wanted. Billy had excellent communication skills and customer care was superb. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

This is my third time using Precision for work on my garage doors. They had serviced my previous home and replaced my door in the past. This time I had them replace two Genie garage door openers and keypads with Liftmaster …. A MUCH superior, more reliable product, in my experience. Phil Belfrage did an excellent job of explaining what he could offer to solve my problems and then did the work alone in a very reasonable amount of time. I made the service request around 6:00pm on a Saturday and Phil was at my house before 8:30am on Sunday. Fantastic service and responsiveness! It was NOT cheap but I feel that the new systems are a huge upgrade and a great improvement over the Genie systems our builder installed and I am grateful for the rapid response since we were locked out of the garage space. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Austin and Phil is awesome!!!

Precision Garage Door has a highly experienced and professional staff. Caleb in particular has an outstanding engineering level approach to diagnosing and addressing issues. Caleb is not only an expert problem solver, but also an educator who understands the reason behind the problem. Our garage door wouldn’t work. I had tried all the ways listed to fix the problem and I got nowhere. Jeremy Malek called and came early to an appointment just about an hour after I had called to report the problem (which thrilled me after a long hard day). He was able to do in seconds what I had been trying to do for over 45 minutes. Like magic my garage door was working again. Jeremy was very kind to me and didn’t make me feel stupid since he was able to so quickly fix the problem, the one that I had been trying to do all afternoon. He was so knowledgeable and professional, too! He made me feel valued as a customer and offered to come back anytime I needed help.

Brian has experience and photos for my tornado wind and hail dents almost broken thru the backside of garage. They will rust break and prevent door from rolling over track to open and close. Definitely replacement or home is devalued! Nice person and sending me painter info to match the house as previous manner. I buy paint. Reasonable price. Thank you.

Nick Sager of Precision Garage Door of Austin knows what he is doing. I had sensor problems with my remote not working properly for it to open my garage door. Nick evaluated the problem, fixed the wall unit, adjusted the sensors and refurbished the wires, all in 20 minutes. Nick was on time, courteous and professional in approach and gave me various options re: garage doors and openers for future needs. I would highly recommend this business for all garage door needs.
