Wes was very thorough in investigating the issue we were having with one of our garage doors, which utilizes an older opener technology. He explained his troubleshooting and was able to make adjustments within the opener to get the door operable again. He also reviewed options for updating our opener with much newer technology to provide for a warranted, longer life cycle. Wes was extremely knowledgeable and professional. It was clear he really takes pride in his work and in educating his customers!

I am so happy that I made an appointment with Precision Garage Door of Austin. We are at the beginning stage, but just the free consultation with Billy was a breath of fresh air. Learning that the builder did not install the garage door correctly and the issues we have been having with it is not user error was validating. The kind free help to get our garage door down was a nice bit of customer service for a free consultation. I haven't run across this with other vendors so I am very excited to hire them to correct our garage door problem. Consider this phase one of the review. More to come.
