Precision replaced our garage doors over 10 years ago and have serviced them since then. They operate like new and the motors with LED lights that installed about 7 years ago are great. Technicians are always very polite, clean and efficient.

We were in a bind when the door spring broke, and we couldn't get our cars out of the garage. We called in the morning and technician Daniel Ritchie arrived at 12:45 and was able to get the door raised so the car could be removed. Then he inspected everything an gave us three options for repairs. Our door was 26 years old and needed a lot of work, but Daniel came prepared with all the necessary tools, bearings, rollers, cables and springs and got the door repaired and working better than it was when it was new. Daniel was very courteous, hardworking, efficient, knowledgeable and seemed to really like his job. We are so glad that we called Precision Garage Door of Austin and pleased that this excellent repair comes with a 10-year parts and labor warranty!

It was easy to make an appointment Landon was courteous and professional. He checked the system, did minor maintenance and spliced the wires on the safety sensors. Our technician Phillip was prompt and efficient. The spring on our door had broken and needed replacement. The work was under warranty. In barely 30 minutes, he had replaced the spring, lubricated the rails, checked down force operation, and left us with a repaired door. My decision was to replace the springs, install a new garage door opener and remotes. All the existing equipment was old and tired. I'm so glad I did install the new system. Love the new features; the light that comes on automatically when I open the garage door (from the kitchen). The door features were so quiet when opening or closing I didn't realize the door was moving!

I chose Precision garage door because of their same day service. My Tech was Garrett Adkins. He was on time and respected our property. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my concerns about the weather strip on the garage door. He inspected strip, He said he would replace the strip if that’s what I wanted but that the strip did not need replacing. He suggested other less options. He didn’t want me to spend $400 if I didn’t need to. I really appreciate a Company that is honest and not just trying to make a sell. Thank you so much Garrett!

One spring failed on our 10 year old garage door trapping one car inside. We selected Precision online or a next morning appointment because of local office and good reputation. Texts notified us of the technician's arrival status. At 9am Landon arrived and checked out the door giving us four options including minimal cost spring/bearing replacement up to a rebuild that renewed all except the door, tracks, and rails. We chose the next step up to renew the drum bearings. The door was fixed within one hour of our decision. Very happy with the response time and options given.
