Daniel provided excellent service while repairing and replacing a major portion of our golf cart garage door! Evidently the original door hardware was "jury rigged", so it wasn't a straight forward process. Nevertheless, with his skill, the end result is perfect for our needs!! Daniel was very personable, and we are happy to know that he will be available should other issues arise.

We had a great experience with Jeremy. He showed up on time, was super polite, and clearly knew his stuff. He quickly figured out the issue, explained it in simple terms, and got the repair done fast. He didn't try to upsell, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Wow! Scheduled an appointment online to fix garage door due to trouble opening. Josh came out so fast. Found what was wrong, but I decided to have him install new one since mine was old. No pressure. He was extremely knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. Set up garage door openers, car and outside key pad. Extremely polite. Have him back in a heart beat.

Good news, I contacted Precision Garage Door of Austin after reading their reviews online. They sent their technician, Stephen Michael, out to assess our problem that same day. He reviewed what parts had failed and how the system worked. He made suggestions as to what would have to be fixed to get it working again, and he gave us two additional options that would replace some additional older parts of the system. (Our system was more than 10 years old, likely more like 20.) We signed our contract on Friday, and they completed the work on Monday. We chose the second option with a 3-year warranty, and are happy with our decision.
