I had our opener installed a year ago. I called on a weekend and was able to get a tech out here the same day. Put in a new opener and the works. The tech was awesome and explained everything that needed to be done in words a customer could understand. This company is amazing. I had a glitch with the wall opener, called Precision and they got the tech out the same day. I highly recommend this company. They are courteous, fast and very reliable.

I did not have to add an app to my phone like a competing company wanted me to do. An app on my phone would have complicated my life.
