One spring failed on our 10 year old garage door trapping one car inside. We selected Precision online or a next morning appointment because of local office and good reputation. Texts notified us of the technician's arrival status. At 9am Landon arrived and checked out the door giving us four options including minimal cost spring/bearing replacement up to a rebuild that renewed all except the door, tracks, and rails. We chose the next step up to renew the drum bearings. The door was fixed within one hour of our decision. Very happy with the response time and options given.

My garage door opener was working intermittently. I decided it was time to get a check up to make certain there were no serious issues. It was easy to make an appointment Landon was courteous and professional. He checked the system, did minor maintenance and spliced the wires on the safety sensors. I am now comfortable that I have a safe system.
