Daniel Richie came to our home to replace the seals on the bottom of the garage doors, and he also performed service on the doors replacing loose bolts, cleaning the rollers, etc. He was professional and yet had no problem answering any questions I had. He also taught me quite a bit about the openers and just how the doors themselves work. I will be requesting him as my technician whenever we need service on the doors.
