Had an “emergency” garage door situation on a Saturday (yeah I feel weird calling it an emergency because it really wasn’t) but our garage door spring broke and we could not open the garage, even manually. Both our cars were in the garage…so hence ‘emergency.’ I did a quick google search and found great reviews on Precision. Called them up and had an appointment scheduled for later that day. Colton showed up, very knowledgeable and easy to work with, assessed the problem, gave me 3 quotes (good, better, best) and fixed everything same day. Colton came out to repair a broken spring, and I decided to have my entire door rebuilt, as this came with a 10-year warranty. Colton was quick, on time, very thorough, did a great job cleaning up after he was completed, and also explained the basics and where to lubricate my door. I called you all after your biggest competitor, who installed the new garage door for me 5 years ago, was unable to come out today (same-day) for the repair.
