Sunday night close our garage door after a long day on the lazy river and there is a load noise from the garage door. Jumped onto the internet and remembered Precision adverts. So it was so easy to pick an appointment for the Monday morning. With Jeremy arriving at 10:48 after calling me to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and efficient. Gave me a couple of options based on observations he made. Got my sping fixed, rollers, cables and mounting arm replaced. All of this within 2 hours. Future work on my garage doors will only be with Precision.

Jeremy was very professional and knew exactly what to do. He explained that the rollers would change over time and knew exactly what to do and fixed it very quickly.. He sprayed to make the rollers roll quietly and quickly. thank you, Jeremy!!!

alright, this is going to be a long one. So TL/DR: Precision Garage Door is awesome. -This story starts in 2019ish or so, I forget. I've been in Cedar Park almost 30 yrs and wanted to replace my original garage door. I wanted a new awesome garage door and I shopped Cedar Park Overhead and Precision Garage of Austin. I was looking for a nice upgrade. Both CP Overhead and Precision quoted wood look walnut colored metal garage doors with a heavy 2" thick insulated door. They were actually only like $100 apart on a $4,600 quote on these. So, basically the same pricepoint. BUT, Precision offered 12mts, no interest options and CP Overhead did not. Almost 5K and I could use their loan and not have to take my money out of the bank. To me, that's a no brainer on free interest....that might be where I made the best decision, but as time passed, I know it was. I've had a couple issues over the past 7ish years where Precision just shows up and takes care of them, warranty should I say, and it's done. A couple years ago my indoor wall button was not working, Precision rep shows up, replaced and done. This morning my garage door wouldn't open. Rep Jeremy Malek shows up by Noonish and spring had broken, fixed and done with no charge warranty included. Yep, I made the right decision to go with Precision Garage Door. It's all about Customer Service folks. -John Klein

This morning my key pad would not work. After spending over an hour with two people at the genie help desk nothing worked I called precision and Jeremy was at my house within the hour he fixed all my problems within 30 minutes. Replaced my key pad which was defective reprogrammed my remotes and had every thing working as new my complaints on such excellent service at to a top rate employee thank you

Jeremy was efficient, helpful, and professional when replacing our garage door springs. We purchased our garage door eight years ago from Precision Garage Door Service and have been pleased with the installation, the quality, and the follow-up service that they have provided.
