This morning my key pad would not work. After spending over an hour with two people at the genie help desk nothing worked I called precision and Jeremy was at my house within the hour he fixed all my problems within 30 minutes. Replaced my key pad which was defective reprogrammed my remotes and had every thing working as new my complaints on such excellent service at to a top rate employee thank you

Jeremy was efficient, helpful, and professional when replacing our garage door springs. We purchased our garage door eight years ago from Precision Garage Door Service and have been pleased with the installation, the quality, and the follow-up service that they have provided.
