I had used Precision Garage Door in the past, years ago. So I called them again. Daniel was very courteous & professional. He took a look at the garage equipment. Went over the parts of the garage that are still in good shape (after 20 year). And the parts that are wearing out. The motor probably doesn’t have much more time and the wheels are in bad shape, which is making the motor run harder. Since I had trouble with the garage opening and shutting last night I decided thing that it is older. I didn’t wanna take a chance and have it go out on me at a crucial time. So I replaced the motor and wheels. He said I can try to do a maintenance on it, but I just looked at the situation and felt that doing that may not work within a short time. I would need to get a new motor anyways. I felt Daniel's was very sincere and honest with his work. Along with being knowledgeable at his craft. I really liked how he explained what the problems were and why.

My old garage door had begun to make noises when I used it and I was concerned it would fail to open on day. I called Precision because of their ads and good reviews. It was easy to make an appointment on line at my convenience. Jeremy, my technician, called to let me know he was on his way. The text link I was sent let me follow his progress to the house. He listened to my concerns, asked good questions about the garage door, and spent some time evaluating the problem. He then explained what he had found and we discussed three options regarding the best solutions. He showed me the cost of each option so I could choose what I wanted to do at this time. I felt the prices quoted were reasonable for the work to be done. After I approved an option, he completed the repair immediately. The technicians carry most of the parts they might need to do a repair in their truck. After he was done, he explained the work he had completed and showed me how to work the new equipment I had purchased. I am very happy with Precision and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Really nice people. Our garage door belt broke on a Saturday afternoon and they were there to fix everything on Sunday afternoon, with no additional fees. And we couldn’t have been happier with Garrett our serviceman - terrific guy!

Had an “emergency” garage door situation on a Saturday (yeah I feel weird calling it an emergency because it really wasn’t) but our garage door spring broke and we could not open the garage, even manually. Both our cars were in the garage…so hence ‘emergency.’ I did a quick google search and found great reviews on Precision. Called them up and had an appointment scheduled for later that day. Colton showed up, very knowledgeable and easy to work with, assessed the problem, gave me 3 quotes (good, better, best) and fixed everything same day. I didn’t have a chance to shop around so not sure if I got a good “deal” but what I am sure of is I got great, quick, hassle-free service. Thank you, Colton and Precision!

Precision worked on my garage door in 2013 and since then I have had no problems. That's why I decided to have Precision do my daughter and son-in-law's garage door. My experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. My service technician, Nick, showed up on time and gave me a detailed explanation of my different options for installing an overhead powered garage door. He then installed the door, as we had discussed, and it only took about 3 hours. The door works perfectly, and the total price was exactly what Nick predicted, to the penny. Plus, Nick was a very nice guy who was very easy to work with. I could not be more pleased with Precision Garage Door Repair. I bought a nice, new Lift Master door opener about 2 or 3 years ago and it has been great. The last couple of weeks, I noticed a high pitched, eardrum piercing squeal, so thought maybe the belt drive needed to be lubricated. The technician, Landon, came out to investigate and as it turned out, a gear was failing. So thanks to the warranty, I got a completely new door opener (with an improved quality gear), keypad and remotes at no charge. Booking the appointment online was super convenient and communication was excellent regarding confirmation and arrival time. Highly recommend.

Daniel Ritchie did a great job troubleshooting a garage door that wouldn't open. The door was new and he quickly determined that the install, done by a non-reputable, contractor, was very shoddy: nuts and bolts missing; guide track completely dry (no oil); drive underpowered for the door size and weight, wall mount component completely not working. I let the GC know that in the future they should work with reputable companies, like Precision.
