I could not be more pleased with Precision Garage Door Repair. I bought a nice, new Lift Master door opener about 2 or 3 years ago and it has been great. The last couple of weeks, I noticed a high pitched, eardrum piercing squeal, so thought maybe the belt drive needed to be lubricated. The technician, Landon, came out to investigate and as it turned out, a gear was failing. So thanks to the warranty, I got a completely new door opener (with an improved quality gear), keypad and remotes at no charge. Booking the appointment online was super convenient and communication was excellent regarding confirmation and arrival time. Highly recommend.

Daniel Ritchie did a great job troubleshooting a garage door that wouldn't open. The door was new and he quickly determined that the install, done by a non-reputable, contractor, was very shoddy: nuts and bolts missing; guide track completely dry (no oil); drive underpowered for the door size and weight, wall mount component completely not working. I let the GC know that in the future they should work with reputable companies, like Precision.

Precision replaced our garage doors over 10 years ago and have serviced them since then. They operate like new and the motors with LED lights that installed about 7 years ago are great. Technicians are always very polite, clean and efficient.

My decision was to replace the springs, install a new garage door opener and remotes. All the existing equipment was old and tired. I'm so glad I did install the new system. Love the new features; the light that comes on automatically when I open the garage door (from the kitchen). The door features were so quiet when opening or closing I didn't realize the door was moving!

One spring failed on our 10 year old garage door trapping one car inside. We selected Precision online or a next morning appointment because of local office and good reputation. Texts notified us of the technician's arrival status. At 9am Landon arrived and checked out the door giving us four options including minimal cost spring/bearing replacement up to a rebuild that renewed all except the door, tracks, and rails. We chose the next step up to renew the drum bearings. The door was fixed within one hour of our decision. Very happy with the response time and options given.

Recently moved into our new home in Barton Creek. The garage door opener was flashing "Needs Suggested Maintenance, see Owner's Manual". The previous owners provided no manuals but noted they had great experience with Precision in a prior home. Called Precision and they were able to send a technician the next day. I received a text of the arrival time of the technician, plus his photo and background experience as well as a phone call from him. Daneil Ritchie diagosed all the potential issues and then completed a preventative maintenance package and reprogramming of our vehicles.
