My decision was to replace the springs, install a new garage door opener and remotes. All the existing equipment was old and tired. I'm so glad I did install the new system. Love the new features; the light that comes on automatically when I open the garage door (from the kitchen). The door features were so quiet when opening or closing I didn't realize the door was moving!

One spring failed on our 10 year old garage door trapping one car inside. We selected Precision online or a next morning appointment because of local office and good reputation. Texts notified us of the technician's arrival status. At 9am Landon arrived and checked out the door giving us four options including minimal cost spring/bearing replacement up to a rebuild that renewed all except the door, tracks, and rails. We chose the next step up to renew the drum bearings. The door was fixed within one hour of our decision. Very happy with the response time and options given.

Recently moved into our new home in Barton Creek. The garage door opener was flashing "Needs Suggested Maintenance, see Owner's Manual". They are responsive via phone, able to get someone out same day, and inform you accurately on arrival time. They send bios of the tech prior to arriving and their trucks are labeled so you know who to meet. The techs themselves are also great - serving with honesty, empathy, and transparency. Precision also commits to their warranty period and will come out to fix any issues - they've done it for me! You pay a premium with Precision, but the consistently good service is worth it.
