Shane Murphy provided such a wonderful experience in our first dealing with Precision Garage Door. His knowledge and expertise with our garage was very evident. We have a 3 car garage and all of the doors are old. He shared a way of bracketing the doors to prolong their life which gave such "peace of mind" knowing they likely will last until the new doors arrive. Shane demonstrates such a professionalism that going forward I will only consider dealing with Precision Garage Door!

Caleb did an exceptional job responding to our service request. He tried to troubleshoot a failing motor and we ended up deciding to move forward with an upgraded replacement. Shane (technician) from Precision was excellent. I received timely communications when he was on the way, and he answered every question I threw at him about our garage doors, what to expect (down the road), and what to keep an eye on. He walked me through available options for repair, maintenance, and replacement. Nothing felt pushy (at all), he simply shared information and answered my questions. I would use them again and recommend Shane and Precision to anyone.

I have a huge 16x6 solid single panel garage door built in 1942. It opens by pulling up and out and was getting too heavy for me to handle. I called Precision Garage Door and requested a bid on a new door. Salesman and technician, Billy Tackett, came to my house the same day exactly when he said he was coming. I could even track his location as he made his way to my house. He studied the job and was not intimidated by this old heavy door that I wanted to preserve if possible. He gave me a bid by that evening for a garage door opener. 3 days later he installed it himself after a lot of work in 98 degree heat. It works great. He saved both my door and my back. The BEST. Honest, competent, and reliable. Thank you.

Shane Murphy was my technician and a better one I could not find. He was on time, congenial and most willing to explain the overall problem and what was needed to eliminate it. He was the type of person that, if I had a business, I would certainly give much responsibility and credit in order to keep him with my company. It took him less than half an hour to make the repairs and explain everything to me. He is definitely a real asset to your company. As a result, my garage door opener works as if it is brand new.
