Isaiah White was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected my door and gave me a estimate of what must be done to make my door safe and sound. My door was old and really needed to be upgraded. I was very satisfied with the way he worked and the way my garage door was repaired. It is quiet and smooth operating now. Brian Rykowski with Precision Garage Door of Austin came to my aid at the end of the day on a Friday when I backed into my garage door and pulled it off track. He quickly assessed the situation and let me know it wasnt as bad as it looked. Brian was professional and knowledgeable of the companies products and gave us tons of information to assist in our decision to replace the garage door. Garage door would not open... Late Saturday, I called Precision Garage Door and within an hour Caleb showed-up. Incredible optimism, professionalism and had a fantastic customer relationship skill-set! I can't say enough great things about our experience with Caleb and Precision Garage Door of Austin. We've been clients for years. If we ever have issues with our garage door/lift unit , I'm confident that calling PGD will provide me with a cost effective solution... 3/28/24 Follow-up... Great service from Stephen to fix a number of issues with the installation of my springs and garage door opener by another company. Took the extra time to show and explain the issues and felt informed to make the right decision without any pressure. Jeremy knocked it out of the park. Thanks Jeremy. Happy with the unit Jeremy installed. Very happy to see a garage door opener with a steel latch vs. the cheap plastic installed by the builder to save a few dollars. The camera on the unit was an unexpected surprise. Jeremy sold me when he suggested Lift Master. I like my other unit, only drawback I have had is I had to replace the backup battery - cheap at amazon.

We've used Precision a number of times for repairs and service for our garage door. After over 20 years the door needed replacing and from the sales staff to the installation, the process was quick, upfront and professional. Our installer, Isaiah White, was easy to work with a completed the job wonderfully.

Our garage door broke unexpectedly early in the morning. I call Precision and they sent Isaiah to us that same day - within hours. He listened intently when he was here, asked questions to understand our needs and took time explaining the various options. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Last but certainly not least, his work ethic was incredible! He was here about 11:30am and didnt leave until 8:20PM! He finished the job for us regardless of the late hour and never once complained. Precision has a star in Isaiah - I cant express how thankful we are that he was the one to do the work on our home. Hes fabulous!! I highly recommend Precision & Isaiah - we are so pleased with the work. Thank you!

Staff who answered the phone were very polite and got someone out the same day. Brian Rykowski addressed our broken cables and spring on our single car garage door. Showed up on time, quickly assessed the issues, provided us with three options to address the broken parts as well as other aged parts, and was very knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend!
