Shane showed up in the time slot scheduled and he was awesome. Shane was very delightful, easy talk to and he most definitely knows his stuff! Shane easily identified the issues. He ordered new custom compression springs which came in in no time and fit perfectly along with a new spring weight bearing pole. After 8 years of use it was time to replace the LiftMaster wall mount opener. Shane did an excellent job of installing the new machine, setting up the MyQ App, programming new visor clip remote openers, programmed both cars and reset the outdoor keypad opener. I've worked with Shane before over the years and there's no one better, period, end of paragraph!

Michael was awesome and all Communication to me was fantastic. We needed a typical Garage door repair of all of the 18 year old parts, springs, rollers etc and it was performed quickly while I was working in my office. Seamless! And I called yesterday! Less than 24 hours later I was good to go! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors of Austin!

Landon Kellogg did an outstanding job of installing two garage doors and a new opener in record time. Alex Reyna preformed a safety analysis of the doors and openers expertly. Alex also spent some time setting up the myQ app for both my wife and I. At one point he called Liftmaster technical support to ensure that the opener camera was properly set up and working.

Easy to schedule my appointment on a Sunday afternoon for a service window between 8:00-10:00 on Monday. Phil, the technician, arrived on time, was very friendly, explained the repair work that needed to be done and finished the repairs within the estimated time. Precision Garage Door always takes great care of our home. Jeremy came out and serviced our door after we had work done to the framing around it. He called ahead, let me know when he was done, and didn't charge for this service. We use them both professionally and personally, and always will.
