I have a huge 16x6 solid single panel garage door built in 1942. It opens by pulling up and out and was getting too heavy for me to handle. I called Precision Garage Door and requested a bid on a new door. Salesman and technician, Billy Tackett, came to my house the same day exactly when he said he was coming. I could even track his location as he made his way to my house. He studied the job and was not intimidated by this old heavy door that I wanted to preserve if possible. He gave me a bid by that evening for a garage door opener. 3 days later he installed it himself after a lot of work in 98 degree heat. It works great. He saved both my door and my back. The BEST. Honest, competent, and reliable. Thank you.

Shane Murphy was my technician and a better one I could not find. He was on time, congenial and most willing to explain the overall problem and what was needed to eliminate it. He was the type of person that, if I had a business, I would certainly give much responsibility and credit in order to keep him with my company. It took him less than half an hour to make the repairs and explain everything to me. He is definitely a real asset to your company. As a result, my garage door opener works as if it is brand new. Many thanks for the quick response and for such a great technician.

Really enjoyed our tech Isaiah. He broke everything down for me in a method I could understand and gave us options. This time the fix was easy and I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didnt disrespectfully try to sell us something unneeded at this time. I asked for his card so we can circle back and make some upgrades to the aged door. He went ahead and shared estimates and guess who well call when were ready to do this? Precision Garage Door. Phil did a great job doing the garage door repair; however, I think the Precision Garage Door prices for most of their parts are a rip-off, which made the job cost about $300 more than what it should have been. So, my low rating on Precision Garage Door is not because of their skilled labor but because of their outrageous high part prices!!!

What an awesome experience. I knew I wanted to update and get my garage door checked because my old system was very temperamental, squeaky, and probably 15-20 years old. When I went online they had same day availability, called me to double check, and arrived with all the parts needed to fully update my garage door without replacing the door itself. New hinges, rollers, springs, tensioning devices, drive unit, motion sensors, the works. Patrick came out, did a great job describing what parts were failing (or susceptible for it), which were outright broke, and which were rusty or installed incorrectly. The result was a full overhaul, brand new excellent system-all done in less than 5 hours of me having the Id like to have someone out to check my garage door thought. Would definitely recommend their services.

I had a spring and cable break on a Sunday afternoon. Precession was easy to book an appointment with and they were on site by 9am Monday. As part of my confirmation I received a link that shared a bio and picture of my technician. It was comforting to know they take pride in who the send to you. Shane got right to work and gave me three options of service and the cost. I did end up choosing the most expensive and comprehensive fix, but the prices were reasonable from what I remember the last time I had a similar issue. Shane walked through the repair and gave me some tips on how to prolong the life of my garages door opener and simple things to do to keep the wheels and pulleys working smooth. I will use them again when my other spring breaks on my second door.
