Stephen Michael was super knowledgeable and helpful. We had a bracket break on the garage door and he knocked it out in under 30 minutes. He also gave some sound advice on door upkeep. When it's time to replace our door, we'll be going with Precision!

Jeremy from Precision came to my house. He was very courteous and professional. He took pictures of the issue with my door and told me that the piece was being requested and would be replaced as soon as it was available. He adjusted an area on the door. It was a quick but thorough visit. I was quite pleased.

Isaiah White was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected my door and gave me a estimate of what must be done to make my door safe and sound. My door was old and really needed to be upgraded. I was very satisfied with the way he worked and the way my garage door was repaired. It is quiet and smooth operating now. He quickly assessed the situation and let me know it wasnt as bad as it looked. Brian was professional and knowledgeable of the companies products and gave us tons of information to assist in our decision to replace the garage door. Garage door would not open... Late Saturday, I called Precision Garage Door and within an hour Caleb showed-up. Incredible optimism, professionalism and had a fantastic customer relationship skill-set! I can't say enough great things about our experience with Caleb and Precision Garage Door of Austin. We've been clients for years. If we ever have issues with our garage door/lift unit , I'm confident that calling PGD will provide me with a cost effective solution... 3/28/24 Follow-up... System needed to be tweaked. Jeremy came out and did what needed to be done. All good! Expert knowledge, 30-years experience. Again, excellent customer service!! Much appreciated...
