I received timely communications when he was on the way, and he answered every question I threw at him about our garage doors, what to expect (down the road), and what to keep an eye on. He walked me through available options for repair, maintenance, and replacement. Nothing felt pushy (at all), he simply shared information and answered my questions. I have a huge 16x6 solid single panel garage door built in 1942. It opens by pulling up and out and was getting too heavy for me to handle. I called Precision Garage Door and requested a bid on a new door. Salesman and technician, Billy Tackett, came to my house the same day exactly when he said he was coming. I could even track his location as he made his way to my house. He studied the job and was not intimidated by this old heavy door that I wanted to preserve if possible. He gave me a bid by that evening for a garage door opener. 3 days later he installed it himself after a lot of work in 98 degree heat. It works great. He saved both my door and my back. The BEST. Honest, competent, and reliable. Thank you.

This time the fix was easy and I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didnt disrespectfully try to sell us something unneeded at this time.
