Shane showed up in the time slot scheduled and he was awesome. Shane was very delightful, easy talk to and he most definitely knows his stuff! Shane easily identified the issues. He ordered new custom compression springs which came in in no time and fit perfectly along with a new spring weight bearing pole. After 8 years of use it was time to replace the LiftMaster wall mount opener. Shane did an excellent job of installing the new machine, setting up the MyQ App, programming new visor clip remote openers, programmed both cars and reset the outdoor keypad opener. I've worked with Shane before over the years and there's no one better, period, end of paragraph!

Alex also spent some time setting up the myQ app for both my wife and I. At one point he called Liftmaster technical support to ensure that the opener camera was properly set up and working.
