The technician Jeremy Malek showed up on time and quickly fixed the garage door. He assessed the entire system and provided a recommendation for potential future issues to watch out for but there was no upselling which I appreciated. Patrick arrived in a timely manner. After examining the damage to the garage door he provided me with 3 options for repair and upgrade. I informed him of my choice and he got right to work. The work was completed and he tested the finished work and presented me with the final bill and accepted my payment. Patrick was professional and I would recommend him to anyone needing their garage door repaired.

We were having issues with our garage door opener and found Precision Garage Door Service (Dripping Springs) on Google. We were pressed for time but were able to make an appointment for the same day and they arrived within two hours. Brian Rykowski was our technician. He explained that due to the age of our unit (25 years old) we would have to replace it. He quoted us a price, explained the features of the new unit, and did a removal and install within two hours. Brian was professional and courteous and after completion, explained the programming of the new unit. I have now used their service twice and highly recommend them.

These guys are great. Got to my door within 1.5 hrs of calling them. On a Sunday. Dan Ritchie was my tech. He took off his shoes when he walked in my house. He explained the issue and finished the job within 30-40 minutes. Great experience. I will call them again if something goes wrong.

My garage door spring broke and I was in a bit of an emergency situation. They were very quick to respond. They were out first thing in the morning and had my garage door repaired within an hour. Extremely professional staff. Very knowledgeable technician, very thorough and explained all of the work he was doing, why, and offered a few options. Really appreciated it and would definitely use them again.
