Bad news, our garage door spring failed, and we knew it was going to be an expensive pain in the ass to get it repaired. But we were wrong. Good news, I contacted Precision Garage Door of Austin after reading their reviews online. They sent their technician, Stephen Michael, out to assess our problem that same day. He reviewed what parts had failed and how the system worked. He made suggestions as to what would have to be fixed to get it working again, and he gave us two additional options that would replace some additional older parts of the system. (Our system was more than 10 years old, likely more like 20.) We signed our contract on Friday, and they completed the work on Monday. We chose the second option with a 3-year warranty, and are happy with our decision.

Excellent service today in replacing my garages opener/motor. The technician, Joshua Surfus, was knowledgeable, efficient, took time to explain things and answer my questions, and was friendly and kind. I was also really happy that I was able to get same-day service after I contacted them.

When I tried to open garage door this morning, I heard a loud bang, but it opened. Precision was able to send someone out within an hour or so. I expected a several day wait.

Excellent service throughout the process. Order a custom door, delivery was within estimated range. Isaiah, our installer, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He even went the extra mile to move our above garage storage so our new 3 panel door would fit. Highly recommend.

I called for a door repair and got an appt for the next day! Josh with Precision called in the morning to ask if he could come earlier. He assessed the problem right away and gave me some options. I chose to replace my garage door motor system, and it was finished and working within a couple of hours! I highly recommend this company for all the reasons stated.

The technician Jeremy Malek showed up on time and quickly fixed the garage door. He assessed the entire system and provided a recommendation for potential future issues to watch out for but there was no upselling which I appreciated. Patrick arrived in a timely manner. After examining the damage to the garage door he provided me with 3 options for repair and upgrade. I informed him of my choice and he got right to work. The work was completed and he tested the finished work and presented me with the final bill and accepted my payment. We were having issues with our garage door opener and found Precision Garage Door Service (Dripping Springs) on Google. We were pressed for time but were able to make an appointment for the same day and they arrived within two hours. Brian Rykowski was our technician. He explained that due to the age of our unit (25 years old) we would have to replace it. He quoted us a price, explained the features of the new unit, and did a removal and install within two hours. Brian was professional and courteous and after completion, explained the programming of the new unit. I have now used their service twice and highly recommend them.
