Joshua Surfus arrive on time or a little early and made the spring and bearing replacements in less than one hour. He did good work and was very professional. The only comment I would have is the national dispatch I called did not give a correct price for what is required in Texas, two springs on a double garage door. The price was significantly higher than their phone estimate. I would use Precision again.

Jeremy showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue (generally poor installation - track alignment, lubrication, etc.), and fixed it. He clearly explained what he was going to do and, after he was done, what work was performed. We settled the charge and he was on his way. While he was here and gone in under an hour, the work was carefully done. I appreciate that he was both diligent and careful.

A call to Precision at noon on a holiday weekend was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Three hours later a service person, Joshua Surfus was at our door ready to fix our garage door. We did end of replacing the door and that was done in a timely manner. Precision was recommended by two friends. I will be recommending to friends in the future.

I was able to get an appointment with a technician very quickly. Phil Belfrage, the tech who did the work was a real pro. He performed a major refurbish on the garage door spring, bearings, and cable within a couple of hours. Works like new now.

the price quote on Sunday was$350,on Monday the tech Josh quoted over $!000Setted at $809.Works OK but the price differential is wild. Needed repair so I was stuck

Great overall experience. Great response time. Shane Murphy was my technician and very professional. He was able to quickly identify the issue related to a broken bracket related to the raising arm on the track separating from the garage door. He provided several repair/replacement options, and the repair was completed quickly including servicing of some components. I will continue to use Precision Garage Door of Austin for all my garage door service/repair/replacement needs. Highly recommend them.
