Patrick Day came out to our house right at the beginning of the scheduled window, explained everything, and go to work right away. I was so happy as our garage door stopped working late on a Saturday night. Scheduled online and got a Monday 8-10 window! Garage works great, and he even checked our old remotes and synced them to new motor. Cant recommend Precision and specifically Patrick enough. Thank you!!!

I just had a garage door installed by Precision Garage Door of Austin. The technician Landon Kellogg was extremely efficient and friendly. The new door is beautiful, quiet and brightens our dark garage. Landon spent time showing how to transition to manual operation and how to do simple maintenance that will ensure quiet smooth operation. Even though it is a heavy door, the door itself is surprisingly easy to maneuver in manual mode and requires very little strength. By the way I do have a garage door opener. I highly recommend Precision Garage doors of Austin. They are responsive , communicate in a timely manner and the entire installation is quick.

I have a two car garage and after 25 years had both of my garage doors and their openers replaced. I wanted to get an unusual noise diagnosed in one of the units, and the same day I placed the call a technical professional showed up, noted there was no problem with the doors operation itself, but made an adjustment that did eliminate the noise. Great and prompt service.

Landon was great. He showed up on time and did a quality job, including the cleanup. He removed EVERYTHING associated with the old garage doors and put in an entirely new installation. He also noticed one of the new panels was defective and said I would be contacted to replace it within 4 weeks. He showed me how everything worked, explained how a where to lubricate occasionally and even left me a can of spray lube. Update: within a few weeks, Landon came back and replaced the defective panel. He was here and let me know he was all done, before I even knew he was here. Would recommend Precision to anybody looking for repairs or a new door.

My garage door opener wasn't working, so I scheduled an online appointment with Precision for Monday between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon. The technician, Phil Belfrage, arrived right around 10:00. Prior to his arrival, he notified me via email and telephone of his estimated arrival time and he was here within that timeframe. The email included his name and picture, as well a brief bio. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about diagnosing the problem with my garage door opener. Additionally, he was patient and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Without promoting any product or any pressure, he provided me with three replacement options. He had all of the tools and equipment on his truck needed to complete the job. Based on my selection, the resulting work was outstanding. He gave me a thorough explanation of the work he performed and how to use the new opener. Finally, he made sure the work area was cleaned up before leaving.
