Extremely professional staff. Very knowledgeable technician, very thorough and explained all of the work he was doing, why, and offered a few options. Can I leave more than 5 stars? Precision did a great job from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze, and they had me on the schedule within a matter of hours. Shane was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helped me understand my options without making me feel pressured to repair more than just my springs. I'd say overall they were competitive with what I expected, so even if I ended up paying $100-200 more, it was 100% worth it for the quality of service and speed. It's obvious why they have such high ratings and I'd suggest giving them a call before calling anyone else.

Bryan Rykowski called me on his way (great communication), arrived promptly, and was extremely professional. Super nice guy! That goes a long way in my book. Joshua Surfus arrive on time or a little early and made the spring and bearing replacements in less than one hour. He did good work and was very professional. The only comment I would have is the national dispatch I called did not give a correct price for what is required in Texas, two springs on a double garage door. The price was significantly higher than their phone estimate. I would use Precision again.
