Great experience with Billy and Mickey. Billy was able to come out quickly to give a quote, and he was very upfront about the cost and what kind of service we would receive. Mickey was able to replace our garage door quickly and took the time to show me the upgrades from our previous door. Would recommend Precision Garage Door to others.

A spring broke on one of our garage doors. Precision set an appointment for later the same day. Shane arrived on time and quickly remedied the issue. Our doors and parts were 30years old so we opted to replace springs on both doors plus get new rollers, pulleys, bearings, etc. as our insulated doors are still in good shape. Shane was professional, friendly and very efficient.

Excellent customer service from Stephen! He checked old door as well as the opener, and we discussed the condition, and after explaining my choices going forward I decided to replace both. I reviewed the replacement options and made my selections. He worked up the invoice, and all was done to begin the order and installation process. Phil was extremely nice and knew what he was doing. Working on a really old overhead barn door is tough! Most companies either didn't want to, or wanted to charge WAY too much! Shawn/Karen/Phil are a great team!

Came to provide an estimate and charged $70 for the visit. Estimate is 2x what other businesses ask for a garage door spring replacement (2 for a double garage door). They also proposed replacing lots more than what is needed. The salesman/repair guy stated that 'everyone's rates went up since covid'. This is not true and I found those who haven't gone up that much. These guys are practically a scam. I would never work with them.
