I was having issues with the garage door opener where garage door was jammed open and Jeremy came and was able to make adjustments to the closing pressure. He was able to correct the situation in a few minutes and now it’s working smoother than it has in months. Very courteous and helpful.

Daniel Richie came to our home to replace the seals on the bottom of the garage doors, and he also performed service on the doors replacing loose bolts, cleaning the rollers, etc. He was professional and yet had no problem answering any questions I had. He also taught me quite a bit about the openers and just how the doors themselves work. I will be requesting him as my technician whenever we need service on the doors. Fantastic service and response time! A piece snapped off my garage door about a week and a half ago. I called Precision Garage and their technician, Joshua Surfus, was here within two hours, put in a temporary fix, and gave great recommendations related to the replacement. Today I had another part fall off and Joshua came again same day and fixed it so I can continue to use my garage until the replacement gets in. Highly recommend.
