Garage door jammed and wouldn't close on a Friday night. Late Saturday morning made an appt and three hours later, Daniel Ritchie was at the house evaluating my door. My garage door opener quit working on a Friday morning. I set up an appointment online with Precision and Shane was at my house within 2 hours. He spotted th problem immediately and he gave me a reasonable quote. He came back Monday afternoon and installed a new opener. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

had a faulty motor and even on a Saturday Josh at precision was able to not only come out and take a look at it but put in a new system that is amazingly quieter and feels a lot safer fantastic installation and support. Love everything about it.

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Repair! Technician Stephen was fantasticquick, courteous, and truly professional. He arrived on time, assessed the issue right away, and completed the repair efficiently with no problems at all. Its clear he knows exactly what hes doing, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how seamless the whole process was from start to finish. Its not always easy to find reliable service, but this company delivered. I highly recommend Precision Garage Repair and Stephan in particular. Joshua came in and quickly diagnosed a very strange problem with the WiFi connection on one of our doors. He finished up his previous call early and called to asking it was OK to arrive for my appointment early. He was polite, friendly and had a great attitude.

Same day, efficient (under three hours) to replace most everything but the door but all the hardware in the door. Mickey was a great listener and presented me with options as I requested. Unbelievable 10 year warranty (new builders only lasted 5 years before everything broke on it). Extremely pleased for above reasons and more with PrecisionDoorAustin.

Fantastic service and response time! A piece snapped off my garage door about a week and a half ago. I called Precision Garage and their technician, Joshua Surfus, was here within two hours, put in a temporary fix, and gave great recommendations related to the replacement. Today I had another part fall off and Joshua came again same day and fixed it so I can continue to use my garage until the replacement gets in. Highly recommend.

20 year old garage doors needed a serious makeover. I'm so happy to discover Precision Garage Door of Austin! They sent several reminders which appreciate. Mickey Wheeler, technician extraordinaire, inspected the doors and provided a detailed description of repairs and costs as well as showing me problem areas. Both doors were working like brand new once Mickey finished. In addition, he programed all the openers and showed me how to do this. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Austin.
