I called Precision Garage Door of Austin because of their stellar ratings on BBB and others. It was easy to schedule one of many available appointments, received an immediate confirmation, and follow-up information to prepare me for the appointment. The following morning I received notice my tech was on his way with a trackable map so I knew exactly when he would arrive. Shane arrived in a clean, marked van, was dressed professionally in his uniform and most importantly was courteous and informative. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, provided options to repair and make safe and didn't pressure me for any immediate decision. I will certainly recommend this company for any garage door issues you may have. They were the best.

I thought Shane did a tremendous job. His first visit to give me a quote was very professional and answered all my questions. On the install date he said it would take about an hour or so and in the 100 degree heat that was all it took. Colton came out to repair a broken spring, and I decided to have my entire door rebuilt, as this came with a 10-year warranty. Colton was quick, on time, very thorough, did a great job cleaning up after he was completed, and also explained the basics and where to lubricate my door. I called you all after your biggest competitor, who installed the new garage door for me 5 years ago, was unable to come out today (same-day) for the repair. After both of our garage doors were accidentally backed into and dented, I wanted to have them inspected and possibly serviced to make sure they were still safe to use. I had seen a garage door come crashing down at a friend's house because of poor maintenance and a broken component, so safety was my top priority while we figure out replacement options. Shane came out incredibly quickly, thoroughly inspected both doors, confirmed they were safe to use, and answered all of my questions about replacement options. He also took the time to explain different insulation choices that would help keep the Texas heat out, which was especially helpful.
