I was able to make an appt online this morning for an arrival between 8-10 am, and our technician Phil Belfrage arrived a few minutes after 9. He explained what needed to be done for the repair, and all the parts that he needed he had on his truck. This is my third time using Precision for work on my garage doors. They had serviced my previous home and replaced my door in the past. This time I had them replace two Genie garage door openers and keypads with Liftmaster . A MUCH superior, more reliable product, in my experience. Phil Belfrage did an excellent job of explaining what he could offer to solve my problems and then did the work alone in a very reasonable amount of time. I made the service request around 6:00pm on a Saturday and Phil was at my house before 8:30am on Sunday. Fantastic service and responsiveness! It was NOT cheap but I feel that the new systems are a huge upgrade and a great improvement over the Genie systems our builder installed and I am grateful for the rapid response since we were locked out of the garage space. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Austin and Phil is awesome!!!
