Short Answer: Way over priced. Try to up sell unnecessary service. Full Story: We had a a broken spring and called Precison for a quote. Stating they are unable to quote over the phone, I agreed to the $75 truck roll fee, (that goes towards service, if you accept quote). The Service Tech/Salesman was nice and professional but started quoting prices over $1500 for the spring and a bunch of add-ons, stating they were required to get the 3 year warranty. Just the spring would be over $900 with only a 90 day warranty. I was able to get the spring repaired, by a reputable company, for $425. Which BTW, they quoted the price over the phone. When the tech was here, he inspected our door and let us know the other parts were in good shape. Precision's pricing is outrageous and, I feel robbed of that $75.

Stephen came quickly when I reported my first garage door malfunction, it was trying to descend at an angle which couldnt work. He quickly recognized the problem, told me how much to fix it, then when done, showed me how to lubricate the rollers to ensure smoother operation and longer life. I had an emergency with my garage door today and called Precision Garage Door at 1:00PM. To my surprise, they had a technicianPhilat my door by 2:30PM. I couldnt have asked for quicker service! Jeremy quickly and professionally identified the most cost effective way to repair a high lift garage door whose spring axle base bracket lag screws were pulling out of the wall. This morning our car was stuck in our garage by the door failing due to a broken spring. I was able to make an appt online this morning for an arrival between 8-10 am, and our technician Phil Belfrage arrived a few minutes after 9. He explained what needed to be done for the repair, and all the parts that he needed he had on his truck. The work was completed quickly and cleanly - absolutely no problems, and I'd recommend them to neighbors immediately. Thanks!
