Daniel provided excellent service while repairing and replacing a major portion of our golf cart garage door! Evidently the original door hardware was "jury rigged", so it wasn't a straight forward process. Nevertheless, with his skill, the end result is perfect for our needs!! My garage door broke Sunday morning, I got online and made an appointment for Monday morning since my garage door wouldn't close all the way. Jeremy called when he was on his way and even showed up early to my appointment. He assessed this issue and fixed it quickly!

We replaced the garage door inside opener (the motor) Cost $1,697.61 with tax Then the technician presented his billing notepad with a "tip" option to add 15% or more... about $400 tip To which I replied "no way, I am hiring a company to do this work not a waiter, you are a professional representing the company " The technician did not do a professional and clean job. Left wires expose and trash behind. Then he was offering to add the outside door keypad and an extra car opener for $350 which I bought somewhere else for $97 for both " So sad and disappointing

Everything about my experience with Precision was fantastic. After leaving messages with two other companies and getting no response or returned phone calls, I found the Precision website. I used the chat agent to request a same day appointment to repair a spring that broke over the weekend. The agent gave me a same day commitment and the office texted me within minutes with a formal appointment that same morning. The technician Michael was professional, efficient, and ready to work with. I had him change out equipment on both doors, which he expertly did. Pricing was not cheap but was fair. All in all, one of the best experiences Ive ever experienced with a home service company. I cant recommend them highly enough! Great job Precision and thank you!

Mickey called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled and I agreed happily. When he arrived I demonstrated the problem I was having and he knew immediately what to do. He provided helpful information as he worked and got the adjustment done very quickly. It was all on warranty, which was very good news!

The technician , Joshua Surfus, did an excellent job. He came out to check the remote openers and ended up replacing the two old units with new Liftmasters. It took him about 3 hours to complete the removal of the old units and installation of the new ones. He was polite , curtious, and very knowledgeable. We would recommend Joshua and Precision for all garage door work.

Best by far in customer service! Phil Belf* was super informative about the installation process. We asked a few questions a he was kind enough to answer everything. The scheduler told us it would take all day but this installer worked magic and was able to get two doors installed plus all the accessories (springs, rods..) in less than 4 hours! Incredible work.
