I was able to get next day appointment to replace a spring that broke on my garage door. Patrick D was attentive and finish promptly. The only thing I would have preferred was a bit cheaper on the pricing but he did a good job.

Phil was excellent. Once we got the jammed garage door open, he quickly diagnosed the problem, fetched a replacement part from his truck, and repaired the mechanism very quickly. We have used Precision Garage Door for many years. We purchased garage doors and openers (3) at our previous address and have used them at our existing address to install a new garage door opener system. Brian R. has been our technician for both homes and he does an amazing job. He always communicates when he is on his way and is efficient and timely with his installations and/or repairs. Prospero was wonderful. He did a great job installing the garage door. He had to come back a few weeks later because the door arrived with a cracked window pane. At the initial install he made sure I was aware and reassured me this would be handled promptly. Very impressed with Precision Garage Door and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new door.

Called Precision Garage Door after accidentally backing into our garage door; after which the door would not open or close. Their service technician (Joshua) was at our home within a couple hours. Joshua did a thorough evaluation of the damage and quickly found that the cable on the right-side of the garage door had been displaced and that is why the door did not open or close properly. Joshua quickly disconnected the garage door from the Liftmaster door opener, released the cable from the bottom of the garage door, reloaded the cable onto the pulley, and then reattached the cable to the bottom of the garage door. After reconnecting the garage door to the door opener, the garage door opened and closed perfectly. Joshua was great! He was very thorough, professional, and customer focused. Given the quick response to our call for service, the time it took to fix the garage door, and the professional manner in which Joshua addressed the problem, the cost for the repair was very fair. We will again use Precision Garage Door for any future service needs.

When our garage door broke on Sunday, Precision came out the same day and arranged for a new door. Only one week later we are all fixed. Prospero Hernandez, the technician, was polite and efficient. He went over and above to make sure all was good before he left.
