He was very professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door of Austin to anyone having garage door issue.

These guys are as shady as they come. Shame on me for not listening to all the negative reviews about this company. When they arrived (to try and figure out why the door was taking longer than usual to open/close), they immediately wanted to sell me a new garage door for $5k. When I said no, they tried to sell me new springs, rollers, etc for $3k. After that, the tension bar for $2k. It finally came down to around $1,300 for just the bar itself. When I said that was still to high, they charged me $75.00 and left. They don't even provide military discounts for the service charge. To any Veterans who are thinking about using this company, as a United States Marine, please take me at my word, stay clear of this company. There goal, at a minimum, is to get that $75.00 estimate fee from you (after trying to sell you crap you don't even need, like a new garage door when the issue is a spring)! And, to the owner of Precision door, you should be ashamed of yourself but after reading so many negative reviews about you and your company, clearly, you're not. Don't bother responding with, "our prices are higher because we're better, blah blah blah." It will fall upon deaf ears. UPDATE: We had another company come out and they replaced the Tension tube, springs, bearings, plate, sensors, and recalibrated the entire system for $300 less than what Precision Garage Door of Austin quoted. Furthermore, they didn't even charge a $75.00 service fee to come out. I'm going to see if they are okay with me posting their company name within this post. If so, I will update it. Bottom line, there are still plenty of honest companies who don't put profits over people, it just so happens that Precision Garage Door of Austin isn't one of them.

Great service, quick and courteous by Patrick Day. No waiting days on end to come. In fact, came the same day. Showed up at the appointed times and called in advance of arrival. Patrick was well trained and very knowledgeable about his service work. He corrected the door by way of new springs and rollers to rebalance it. Ultimately replaced a 25 yr. old motor/rail unit that had also gone bad. A bit expensive but good products and service.

I have nothing but great things to say about Isaiah and the Precision Garage Door folks. When I asked for an estimate, Isaiah came out and gave me three new door choices, and also gave me a handle full of "just fix it" options. I chose the middle level new door, they coordinated and install data and they took out the old door a lift and replaced it all in 3 hours. Left no mess, and gave me a briefing on how to keep the door working great. It's silent, and no more lifting the door by hand. Professional and courteous! Definitely 5 stars!

Nick arrived at our property on time and AFTER he had first given us a heads-up courtesy call as to his E.T.A. Nick had been here a couple of years ago to fix our garages double door and install a new door-lift motor for that double door . This time , he did essentially the same thing as he fixed our garages single door and install a new door-lift motor on that door. Good , quick , and pleasant service by a competent technician ! And , at a reasonable price to boot ! A good deal all round , Id say.
