Phil came less than 2 hours after our call about our door not closing. He immediately identified the problem and was ready to change our garage door opener with 3 different models that he had in the truck. Less than an hour later, he was done with the new installation. It was a great experience. We had a torsion spring break. Caleb came out, and take care of us . He was prompt, was very personable, knowledgeable, and he knows his stuff. Caleb came out to see what was wrong with my garage door that needed repair. Quickly diagnosed it and told me what my options were as far as repairing or replacing the unit. Decided to just have it repaired for now and he fixed it up in about 30-40 minutes. Garage works perfectly now and runs quieter and smoother than before.

Had a broken spring. I could see it. The work was good and fast. Only complaint is that the lady on the phone told me it would be $279 for a broken spring. Once the tech arrived he said they have to replace both springs (including the non broken one) and I need some other $100 part, plus bearings, bla bla bla, total price ended up being $822 minimum, all the way up to over $1200 if I wanted a warranty and other stuff that sounded like fluff. Was pretty heated about that since $279 is fine, but if I'd know I was going to be out nearly $1000 I would have shopped around. Felt like a grift. Will for sure try someone else next time.

Excellent assistance! Timely response. He didnt even laugh out loud when it turned out my problem wasnt a dead battery, but there was an obstruction in front of one of the sensors that kept the door from closing. Instead he double checked the door and applied a treatment to keep the door from squeaking as bad.

Our garage door broke on Monday night, and we needed it to be able open early Tuesday morning for work deliveries. I called a few 24 hour garage door companies early Tuesday morning for, but they all went to voicemail until I called Precision. They answered and understood the importance of an early fix. Phil messaged me with his eta and he was right on time. After I got approval for the quote, he got right to work and finished up on the hour he told me it would take him. Phil finished our repairs just as our delivery driver was pulling up. The whole process couldnt have been any smoother. Thank you.

We had a spring replaced on our garage door. The technician, Phil Belfrage, gave the total cost for labor and materials prior to starting the job. He called prior to arriving at our home. He thoroughly explained what was needed. The job was professionally done. I recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone requiring work to be performed on your garage door.

Contacted Precision Garage today because my garage door wouldn't open. While the technician and customer service was excellent, they quoted me packages for the repair ($1088 for springs & bearings, $1359 for partial rebuild, $1523 for full rebuild). I decided to take a chance and just pay the $75 service fee and contact another company. The new company repaired it for $433 total and stated all that was needed was just replacing the torsion springs. The takeaway here is why pay a premium when you can get the same quality service elsewhere? Lesson learned: choose local mom-and-pop businesses over companies that spend heavily on Google ads and similar marketing.
