A call to Precision at noon on a holiday weekend was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Three hours later a service person, Joshua Surfus was at our door ready to fix our garage door. We did end of replacing the door and that was done in a timely manner. Precision was recommended by two friends. I will be recommending to friends in the future.

He was able to quickly identify the issue related to a broken bracket related to the raising arm on the track separating from the garage door. He provided several repair/replacement options, and the repair was completed quickly including servicing of some components. Patrick Day came out to our house right at the beginning of the scheduled window, explained everything, and go to work right away. I was so happy as our garage door stopped working late on a Saturday night. Scheduled online and got a Monday 8-10 window! I just had a garage door installed by Precision Garage Door of Austin. The technician Landon Kellogg was extremely efficient and friendly. The new door is beautiful, quiet and brightens our dark garage. Landon spent time showing how to transition to manual operation and how to do simple maintenance that will ensure quiet smooth operation. Even though it is a heavy door, the door itself is surprisingly easy to maneuver in manual mode and requires very little strength. By the way I do have a garage door opener. I highly recommend Precision Garage doors of Austin. They are responsive , communicate in a timely manner and the entire installation is quick.
