I've used Precision Garage Door twice now. Once to install a new opener and fix a bad rail installation from the previous home owner. And the second time to replace worn-out parts on a different garage door. Both experiences have been positive. Techs have been courteous, professional, and efficient. Garage door battery backup was near dead after running for several months. Called to have them check the system and they were out to the house by the afternoon and able to replace the backup battery, give the opener a clean bill of health and advise on what to look for next time.
