Great service and price from Precision ( we have used them when our garage door spring broke in the past ) . So glad we called them again . Gave us many options for our garage door, or if we wanted to replace our 19 year old motor, which we did go with some options offered. Great reasonable price for high quality service. We called on a Saturday and were able to get this taken care off on Sunday. Yes they do charge a service fee or to look at the problem, but everyone does ! We didn't have to pay that since they were repairing it. I can't thank them enough for taking care of this so quick as our vehicles never stay outside. We highly recommend them !! If rating had a 10 we would give them a 10 .

Shane Murphy was there within an hour and half quoted me for the repair right there and was able to complete the work in an hour. overall great experience Sean was very professional and effective with his work!

My great experience started with the moment I called to make an appointment for someone to come out here . The young lady that answered the phone was friendly , and very customer oriented . I was able to get an appointment the same day for a consultant to come out here to give me an estimate on garage doors . The technician, Billy, was wonderful . He was friendly , and above all very knowledgeable about the product . He should be teaching classes on how to interact with customers . He is a wonderful asset to your company .
