I contacted Precision Garage Door yesterday at 7:30 and scheduled an appointment for replacement of my garage door. It was in sad shape from the night before. By 9:30 I received a call from a tech, Phil Belfrage, letting me know he was own his way. Phil was able to set my mind at ease. My door needed replacing and he explained everything in detail what he could offer. By 12:30 Phil was back with the new garage door and opener to be installed. I have been at my home for almost 20 years now, and up to now this was my first Garage Door issue. I had some wear & tear over that time, well it finally fell off the rail ,so I started to see about repairs and maybe even replacing it all together,this all happening on a Saturday.So I saw Precision as one available 24/7 ,with great reviews,after about 3 reviews I was sold ,answered a couple of questions on line ,got a reply message, another message with a technician name and time frame of arrival, another message from Phil B, saying he was a half hour away.Being Saturday I just new replacing the door was not gonna happen, so I kindly asked Phil to at least closed the door and to show me my options for another Garage door, Phil was here about hour with a sale of a new door and a repair, Thanks again Phil

I called a different garage door repair company with great reviews, they set an appointment for the next day between 2-4pm and never showed up no communication at all. I went on Precision garage door website and booked an appointment for the next day between 12-2. I got an email confirming my appointment, the person coming out name Caleb called me at noon letting me know he was on his way, I received a text message from them with a picture of Caleb so I knew what he looked like. Caleb Skaggs was great!! very polite and knowledgeable and was able to fix my door same day and the value was great.
