Had an “emergency” garage door situation on a Saturday (yeah I feel weird calling it an emergency because it really wasn’t) but our garage door spring broke and we could not open the garage, even manually. Both our cars were in the garage…so hence ‘emergency.’ I did a quick google search and found great reviews on Precision. Called them up and had an appointment scheduled for later that day. Colton showed up, very knowledgeable and easy to work with, assessed the problem, gave me 3 quotes (good, better, best) and fixed everything same day. I didn’t have a chance to shop around so not sure if I got a good “deal” but what I am sure of is I got great, quick, hassle-free service. Thank you, Colton and Precision!

This company is the best. I’ve had two great experiences with them. They are able to respond quickly and the technicians are wonderful.

Company was very communicative and kept me up to date on my appointment and Tech's arrival. Colton explained my options thoroughly and did awesome work. Appreciated being able to easily schedule appointment online. Highly recommend!

Colton did a great job finding the problem with our garage door opener and suggested a new one with the old one being 11 years old and so much more better and quieter thanks again
