I chose Precision garage door because of their same day service. My Tech was Garrett Adkins. He was on time and respected our property. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my concerns about the weather strip on the garage door. He inspected strip, He said he would replace the strip if that’s what I wanted but that the strip did not need replacing. He suggested other less options. He didn’t want me to spend $400 if I didn’t need to. I really appreciate a Company that is honest and not just trying to make a sell. Thank you so much Garrett!
