I had our opener installed a year ago. I called on a weekend and was able to get a tech out here the same day. Put in a new opener and the works. The tech was awesome and explained everything that needed to be done in words a customer could understand. This company is amazing. I had a glitch with the wall opener, called Precision and they got the tech out the same day. I highly recommend this company. They are courteous, fast and very reliable.

Daniel provided excellent service while repairing and replacing a major portion of our golf cart garage door! Evidently the original door hardware was "jury rigged", so it wasn't a straight forward process. Nevertheless, with his skill, the end result is perfect for our needs!! Wow! Scheduled an appointment online to fix garage door due to trouble opening. Josh came out so fast. Found what was wrong, but I decided to have him install new one since mine was old. No pressure. He was extremely knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. Set up garage door openers, car and outside key pad. Extremely polite. Have him back in a heart beat.

Shane was very helpful. I have been having issues with my new garage door opener for the last couple of weeks. On his visit last week he thought he had it issue corrected however, that did not turn out to be the case. He came back earlier today and had to change out some of the sensors. He was very punctual and got the problem identified and corrected.

We replaced the garage door inside opener (the motor) Cost $1,697.61 with tax Then the technician presented his billing notepad with a "tip" option to add 15% or more... about $400 tip To which I replied "no way, I am hiring a company to do this work not a waiter, you are a professional representing the company " The technician did not do a professional and clean job. Left wires expose and trash behind. Then he was offering to add the outside door keypad and an extra car opener for $350 which I bought somewhere else for $97 for both " So sad and disappointing
