After having an awful experience with another company, Precision was awesome. Tech Caleb called twice to let me know when he would arrive. He looked at the door, told us what needed to be done and gave me a price breakdown before starting. He was also very personable. I will call you again for service. I will also recommend to friends and neighbors.

I had both of my garage doors replaced after 25 years. The technician, Shane Murphy, came out and made the initial assessment and provided me with a detailed estimate. It took about three weeks for the new doors, rails and other hardware to come in, but it was well worth the wait. Shane also did the installation. He is such a pro! He worked diligently for several hours to make sure that everything was just right. I am more than pleased and I highly recommend Shane and Precision Garage Door of Austin.

I had my garage door replaced. I didn't do any price shopping, so I have no idea if I got a good deal. BUT, the sales guy was great as was the installer, Mickey Wheeler, so even if I paid a higher price, they did what they said they would do and I have a door that doesn't sound like it's one more cycle from breaking down completely. I have four stars instead of five because this was my first encounter with them, so we'll see how it goes during the five year guarantee period. I'm estimating it took 4/6 weeks between sale and installation. I had a custom order so that's probably one reason. If you wait until your door dies, you might be waiting for a while. I was happy to wait, but I got in and out of my garage either no hassle while I waited.

I'm not the brightest when it comes to garage door openers, so it was great that Jeremy could come out on the Saturday and show me why my machine wasn't working. He explained everything thoroughly, was pleasant to work with, and the price was totally reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company!
