We called Precision Garage Door of Austin to repair a broken spring. It was a Saturday and very impressed that Caleb Skaggs, our technician arrived not long after calling for the appointment. Caleb was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He was very kind and an amazing person. Best by far in customer service! Phil Belf* was super informative about the installation process. We asked a few questions a he was kind enough to answer everything. The scheduler told us it would take all day but this installer worked magic and was able to get two doors installed plus all the accessories (springs, rods..) in less than 4 hours! Incredible work. The technician Stephen Michael that came out to take a look at my door, was able to troubleshoot and provide several solutions on site which is always appreciated. He had the parts on his truck. Absolutely awful. This imbecile decided to break our 2 car garage automated door to get in rather than the single, smaller, non-automated door. This costed thousands extra because of stupidity. Please dont use this company.

A spring broke on one of our garage doors. Precision set an appointment for later the same day. Shane arrived on time and quickly remedied the issue. Our doors and parts were 30years old so we opted to replace springs on both doors plus get new rollers, pulleys, bearings, etc. as our insulated doors are still in good shape. Shane was professional, friendly and very efficient.
