I had a great experience with Precision Garage Repair! Technician Stephen was fantasticquick, courteous, and truly professional. He arrived on time, assessed the issue right away, and completed the repair efficiently with no problems at all. Its clear he knows exactly what hes doing, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how seamless the whole process was from start to finish. Its not always easy to find reliable service, but this company delivered. I highly recommend Precision Garage Repair and Stephan in particular. Excellent work and outstanding customer service all around!

Our garage door would not open or close and we needed help fast. We contacted Precision Garage Door Service who came recommended from a few neighbors that had a great experience. They were quick to respond to our request for service and arrived the same day. We met with Brian who quickly assessed our issue and presented solution options. Brian was Amazing! Very professional and honest. He performed the work on our garage door(s) on the spot. We could not be happier with the service that Brian provided. Highly Recommend!!

Stephen Michael arrived within the time frame we were given. He even called when he was on the way.. we were having issues with the garage door stopping half way when trying to reprogram our remotes .. after several attempts we called Precision .. Stephen Michael was a expert and had our garage door running perfectly in no time

Joshua came in and quickly diagnosed a very strange problem with the WiFi connection on one of our doors. He finished up his previous call early and called to asking it was OK to arrive for my appointment early. He was polite, friendly and had a great attitude.

Same day, efficient (under three hours) to replace most everything but the door but all the hardware in the door. Mickey was a great listener and presented me with options as I requested. Unbelievable 10 year warranty (new builders only lasted 5 years before everything broke on it). Extremely pleased for above reasons and more with PrecisionDoorAustin.

Fantastic service and response time! A piece snapped off my garage door about a week and a half ago. I called Precision Garage and their technician, Joshua Surfus, was here within two hours, put in a temporary fix, and gave great recommendations related to the replacement. Today I had another part fall off and Joshua came again same day and fixed it so I can continue to use my garage until the replacement gets in. Highly recommend.

Brian did an excellent job of tuning up and lubricating my garage doors so they are operating much more smoothly and quietly. Our garage door spring broke tonight just as we sat down for dinner. As we assessed the situation we had to have this fixed tonight.
