I was genuinely surprised and impressed that they were able to schedule a same-day appointmentand Patrick arrived right on time. After evaluating the issue, Patrick clearly explained what was wrong and walked me through both short-term and long-term repair options. I appreciated the transparency and professionalism. Once I made my decision, he completed the repair efficiently and did an outstanding job. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain how everything workedfrom the new door motor to the remotes and accessories. He even gave me helpful tips on how to maintain the door and what to do if I ever need service again. I highly recommend Patrick Day and the entire Precision Garage Door Service team in Austin. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professionaltop-notch service all around.

Mickey called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled and I agreed happily. When he arrived I demonstrated the problem I was having and he knew immediately what to do. He provided helpful information as he worked and got the adjustment done very quickly. It was all on warranty, which was very good news!

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Repair! Technician Stephen was fantasticquick, courteous, and truly professional. He arrived on time, assessed the issue right away, and completed the repair efficiently with no problems at all. Its clear he knows exactly what hes doing, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how seamless the whole process was from start to finish. Its not always easy to find reliable service, but this company delivered. I highly recommend Precision Garage Repair and Stephan in particular. Excellent work and outstanding customer service all around!

Stephen Michael arrived within the time frame we were given. He even called when he was on the way.. we were having issues with the garage door stopping half way when trying to reprogram our remotes .. after several attempts we called Precision .. Stephen Michael was a expert and had our garage door running perfectly in no time

Joshua came in and quickly diagnosed a very strange problem with the WiFi connection on one of our doors. He finished up his previous call early and called to asking it was OK to arrive for my appointment early. He was polite, friendly and had a great attitude.
