Fantastic service and response time! A piece snapped off my garage door about a week and a half ago. I called Precision Garage and their technician, Joshua Surfus, was here within two hours, put in a temporary fix, and gave great recommendations related to the replacement. Today I had another part fall off and Joshua came again same day and fixed it so I can continue to use my garage until the replacement gets in. Highly recommend.

Brian did an excellent job of tuning up and lubricating my garage doors so they are operating much more smoothly and quietly. He showed me things that could develop into problems in the future and gave me estimates for what I could expect to pay to fix or replace them. Overall, he provided exceptional service.

I had an emergency repair for my garage door falling off track on one side when it fully opened. I was able to get an appointment window within an hour of me calling. The tech, Stephen Michaels, was very helpful and responsive. He took the time to answer my questions and did quality work

Our garage door spring broke tonight just as we sat down for dinner. As we assessed the situation we had to have this fixed tonight. We called and requested emergency repairs and the company sent Joshua. He arrived, assessed the situation and repaired our garage door. Joshua was informative and educated us thoroughly. 20 year old garage doors needed a serious makeover. I'm so happy to discover Precision Garage Door of Austin! They sent several reminders which appreciate. Mickey Wheeler, technician extraordinaire, inspected the doors and provided a detailed description of repairs and costs as well as showing me problem areas. Both doors were working like brand new once Mickey finished. In addition, he programed all the openers and showed me how to do this. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Austin.

Incredible service and expertise. Caleb was my technician and he was amazing and super insightful. I found the services needed to be reasonable and affordable. If you want it done right, you have to call Precision. Patrick Day tuned up an existing door done by another company, and even followed up to let me know the new ball-bearing rollers he installed were a little bit cheaper than expected and that I'd be getting a refund. All that on top of showing up 2 hours after I initially called. Customer for life.

Garage door opener quit working. I was manually opening and closing the door. Stephen Michael showed and quickly accessed the problems and fixed them. He explained other issues with the door considering how old it was. Explained everything clearly and succinctly. He called and let me know when he would arrive since it was much sooner than expected. Great service!

The technician , Joshua Surfus, did an excellent job. He came out to check the remote openers and ended up replacing the two old units with new Liftmasters. It took him about 3 hours to complete the removal of the old units and installation of the new ones. He was polite , curtious, and very knowledgeable. We would recommend Joshua and Precision for all garage door work.
