Mickey Wheeler, technician extraordinaire, inspected the doors and provided a detailed description of repairs and costs as well as showing me problem areas. If you want it done right, you have to call Precision. Patrick Day tuned up an existing door done by another company, and even followed up to let me know the new ball-bearing rollers he installed were a little bit cheaper than expected and that I'd be getting a refund. All that on top of showing up 2 hours after I initially called. Customer for life.

He explained other issues with the door considering how old it was. Explained everything clearly and succinctly. He called and let me know when he would arrive since it was much sooner than expected. The technician , Joshua Surfus, did an excellent job. He came out to check the remote openers and ended up replacing the two old units with new Liftmasters. It took him about 3 hours to complete the removal of the old units and installation of the new ones. He was polite , curtious, and very knowledgeable.
