Garage door opener quit working. I was manually opening and closing the door. Stephen Michael showed and quickly accessed the problems and fixed them. He explained other issues with the door considering how old it was. Explained everything clearly and succinctly. He called and let me know when he would arrive since it was much sooner than expected. Great service!

The technician , Joshua Surfus, did an excellent job. He came out to check the remote openers and ended up replacing the two old units with new Liftmasters. It took him about 3 hours to complete the removal of the old units and installation of the new ones. He was polite , curtious, and very knowledgeable. We would recommend Joshua and Precision for all garage door work.

Great experience with Billy and Mickey. Billy was able to come out quickly to give a quote, and he was very upfront about the cost and what kind of service we would receive. Mickey was able to replace our garage door quickly and took the time to show me the upgrades from our previous door. Would recommend Precision Garage Door to others.

We called Precision Garage Door of Austin to repair a broken spring. It was a Saturday and very impressed that Caleb Skaggs, our technician arrived not long after calling for the appointment. Caleb was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He was very kind and an amazing person. Best by far in customer service! Phil Belf* was super informative about the installation process. We asked a few questions a he was kind enough to answer everything. The scheduler told us it would take all day but this installer worked magic and was able to get two doors installed plus all the accessories (springs, rods..) in less than 4 hours! Incredible work. We are super pleased with the entire process and value. Thank you Precision and give Phil a raise!

I called this morning and had Caleb at our door two hours later. Caleb was fantastic. He fixed the problem with our garage door opener and programmed our new cars to open and close the garage door. Caleb is also very funny. Would recommend heartily if you like prompt and professional service.

Outstanding service was received by Mickey Wheeler of Precision Garage Door. When arrived he introduced himself and described service he will performed. Very professional. Absolutely awful. This imbecile decided to break our 2 car garage automated door to get in rather than the single, smaller, non-automated door. This costed thousands extra because of stupidity. Please dont use this company.

A spring broke on one of our garage doors. Precision set an appointment for later the same day. Shane arrived on time and quickly remedied the issue. Our doors and parts were 30years old so we opted to replace springs on both doors plus get new rollers, pulleys, bearings, etc. as our insulated doors are still in good shape. Shane was professional, friendly and very efficient.
