We had a problem with a sticking door and our service technician, Shane Murphy diagnosed the problem and made the necessary adjustment. He also serviced both of our doors, showed us where we might have future problem, and provided us with estimates for future repairs and service. Once again, a super nice person came from Precision Garage Door and fixed the problem. Can't ask for more than that. Phil called to say he would be here in about 30 minutes. I'm always glad for a heads up. He was friendly and listened to my explanation of what the two problems were. He gave me an estimate and was done in 30 minutes. He explained what the display was showing (that the backup battery was charging) so that I would not think there was a problem. I was very pleased with the way the appointment went and will use Precision Garage Door again.

Shane Murphy arrived on the scheduled morning to replace my old garage door. He was professional and very efficient in his demeanor and work ethic. When finished, he clearly explained the new door maintenance and the long term maintenance. He showed me all the working parts and the explained the warranty. We completed the paperwork and he made some closure adjustment. All trash was secured and the area was spotless! My experience was of the best quality.

We had both of our garage doors replaced, a single wide and a double wide. The Precision Garage Door technician, Isaiah, was very professional and courteous. I was impressed with his whole demeanor. Hit the garage with my car. The service man came out and explained he could not fix the issue due to the proprietary method originally used. He actually recommended another place to call. He stayed while I call them and told me what to say. He was super nice and guided me through what I should do. Then he waived the 75 service fee for coming out and did not charge me. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. What a great service technician. I would hire this company anytime.

I've now had two excellent experiences with Precision Garage Door of Austin. Last fall Brian Rykowski did an excellent job of explaining why the door on my attached garage failed as well as why a full rebuild of the primary moving parts was needed. Financially speaking, the timing of this problem was terrible. So he offered to do a shorter term repair instead. Last week, the door on the unattached garage came off of its rail. This time I had the pleasure of working with Stephen Michael, another very knowledgeable technician. This time the exact cause was not clear but most likely due to the weak mounting of the rail which he fixed for a very reasonable price. While he was here I also had him rebuild the other door. As with Brian, he showed me everything that was done and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions. Highly recommended.

Nick did the exact work I asked for. He pointed out things that might be a problem and clearly communicated the cost/benefit. He noticed that my old garage door opener does not work. He offered the service of replacing the opener, but was really cool about it. "You can probably fix this yourself. Find this part on Amazon." I *REALLY* appreciate not overselling additional stuff.
