In the past my dad had used Precision, and I recently needed service for one of my garage doors. I had also heard an Ad recently so I picked up the phone and called on a Friday afternoon.
They scheduled me in the same day. Patrick Day, the tech that came out was awesome. Very professional and actually called to see if it was okay to arrive early! Patrick arrived on time, gave the estimate to actually fix both springs on two garage doors. He had it completed in about 2hrs and even changed one of the light bulbs out on the third garage door for me. I could not have asked for a better experience! I will definitely use Precision in the future and will refer them to family and friends!

We were very satisfied with Patrick, he was knowledgeable and solved our garage door repairs - we called about noon and he was there about 3:30 and ready to address our problems . It took about an hour and everything was replaced and working great !
