I've used Precision Garage a few times now - each time I'm impressed by the level of customer service provided. They are responsive via phone, able to get someone out same day, and inform you accurately on arrival time. They send bios of the tech prior to arriving and their trucks are labeled so you know who to meet. The techs themselves are also great - serving with honesty, empathy, and transparency. Precision also commits to their warranty period and will come out to fix any issues - they've done it for me! You pay a premium with Precision, but the consistently good service is worth it.

I chose Precision Garage Door to install a new garage opener because of the professional and quality service we received a year ago when Precision replaced our garage door. I was getting ready to leave my home at 6:45 AM when I saw that one of my garage door springs had broken. I called Precision Garage Doors immediately (open 24 hours) and was able to schedule a repair call for between 10 and noon the same day. The technician showed up within the window and gave me three options form repairing the door and tuning up both my 15 year old doors. Took the option with a 10 year warranty. Great work, competitive price, and no worries for at least 10 years!

Called about my garage door opener not working due to thunderstorms. They quickly assigned someone to come out. Michael was very courteous, found my problem and gave me several options. Told him I would do some research and get back to him with my decision. After making my choice he set me up for the next day to replace the the entire unit. He provided information about what to do and what to look out for, Not only about the new unit but with the rest the hardware that did not need to be replaced and some recommended maintenance. He even cleaned up some of my garage. Michael was very knowledgeable and nice. I say he went beyond what I expected. He did a great job!
