Our garage door was absolutely on its last legs, but Jeremy saved the day! He replaced the worn parts, but saved what was still working, and I am completely amazed at the results. It's like a new door! Not like when this door was new, but much much better than that We have an old house with an old door, but after Jeremy's updates, it's completely modernized. Smooth, quiet -- really impressive. Great work!

I called a different garage door repair company with great reviews, they set an appointment for the next day between 2-4pm and never showed up no communication at all. I went on Precision garage door website and booked an appointment for the next day between 12-2. I got an email confirming my appointment, the person coming out name Caleb called me at noon letting me know he was on his way, I received a text message from them with a picture of Caleb so I knew what he looked like. Caleb Skaggs was great!! very polite and knowledgeable and was able to fix my door same day and the value was great. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, great communication and very professional.

I've now had two excellent experiences with Precision Garage Door of Austin. Last fall Brian Rykowski did an excellent job of explaining why the door on my attached garage failed as well as why a full rebuild of the primary moving parts was needed. Financially speaking, the timing of this problem was terrible. So he offered to do a shorter term repair instead. Last week, the door on the unattached garage came off of its rail. This time I had the pleasure of working with Stephen Michael, another very knowledgeable technician. This time the exact cause was not clear but most likely due to the weak mounting of the rail which he fixed for a very reasonable price. While he was here I also had him rebuild the other door. As with Brian, he showed me everything that was done and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions. Highly recommended.

When our garage door broke on Sunday, Precision came out the same day and arranged for a new door. Only one week later we are all fixed. Prospero Hernandez, the technician, was polite and efficient. He went over and above to make sure all was good before he left.

Nick arrived at our property on time and AFTER he had first given us a heads-up courtesy call as to his E.T.A. Nick had been here a couple of years ago to fix our garages double door and install a new door-lift motor for that double door . This time , he did essentially the same thing as he fixed our garages single door and install a new door-lift motor on that door. Good , quick , and pleasant service by a competent technician ! And , at a reasonable price to boot ! A good deal all round , Id say.

Nick did the exact work I asked for. He pointed out things that might be a problem and clearly communicated the cost/benefit. He noticed that my old garage door opener does not work. He offered the service of replacing the opener, but was really cool about it. "You can probably fix this yourself. Find this part on Amazon." I *REALLY* appreciate not overselling additional stuff. Well done and very good experience.

They seem unwilling to fix anything and tend to provide quotes for renewing everything, even items that may not require replacement, such as the entire garage door. Following this disappointing experience, I opted to schedule a repair with another local professional who accurately diagnosed the issue and efficiently resolved it. Unlike Precision, this individual appreciated the existing door and hardware, without attempting to upsell unnecessary replacements. Notably, the cost of the repair was a mere quarter of Precision's quoted amount. Furthermore, it's important to note that Precision Garage food or Austin charges for their initial visit to provide a quote, which often entails recommending a full refresh or replacement of components. If you decide not to proceed with Precision Garage door of Austin due to their perceived overcharging, you've essentially spent money for a service that didn't result in any tangible benefit.
